Call the office. Girl on the phone was Rude! Gave them location, phone number. She said Ok and hang up. So I waited for an hour. Called back no answer. After one hour and a half THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I called another company. They sent someone there in 20 minutes. So I strongly don’t recommend to call Matt’s Auto Service for any services.

Gotten tows from them 2 times and they were fast and efficient both times! Drivers are super nice and the office staff are super friendly.

Had my car towed "impounded" I guess to say, from the gas station a mile away from their lot. 5 days later I have called and asked for the info about my car. The lady answering the phone was not helpful in any way possible besides telling me that my price was almost 6 hundred dollars for it being there a week as it was brought in a few minutes before midnight. I don't have current registration on the car and don't have any easy access to the title at the moment. The HELPFUL Police officer that arrested me told me to have them call him or the PD and they can easily verify that I'm indeed the RO of the car. They refused to even hear or consider that option as they aren't wasting their time making a phone call... simple 2 minute phone call is keeping my car from me. Absolutely Trash customer service. 0 stars from me. Towing company that's there to help you in a time of need?? Yeah right. Would not recommend to anyone needing any kind of service. All other reviews will show that as well. Good Luck

The woman at the window was just plain mean. Everyone else was very nice. Paid $255 for a tow off the highway 10 miles away. I can deal with the price but this lady needs a new job.Service: Special vehicle towing

We threw an oddball situation at Nate with Matt's Auto Service. Had a couple of vintage vehicles stuck inside a barn (had been sitting there for over 20 years and were completely locked up). I sent them pictures, Nate confidently said they could handle it, no problem! He's a man true to his word - this went smoother than I could have hoped. On top of that, he was very communicative and showed up right on time. I will use them anytime I need a tow service in this area. All around fantastic service! Thanks, Nate!!

Outstanding service and carefulness. We had our classic 56 Chevy towed by Juan and he did a magnificent job. If I owned a $400k Ferrari I would have these folks tow it.

Got a flat about five minutes away from them on the middle of a Friday afternoon. We limped over to Matt's with on spare.Within just THIRTY MINUTES, John had our tire patched and Juan had it fitted back onto the car. Not only did they fix us up, they did it fast and in under $60.
