Dan helped me when I was so stressed and overwhelmed. I am not a person that likes to go in a hardware store especially when I have other places to be!! He was a calming presence and was able to answer my questions quickly. He deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service!! He definitely goes above and beyond and nowadays people are not given this appreciation and acknowledgement. I hope management really gives their employees this positive feedback!! He deserves it!! Thank you Dan for helping make my shopping experience bearable and accessible to me!

Oh my big beautiful barn of goodness. If you're in Eden prairie and need anything you need to stop in here. The only thing missing was free popcorn. The gal tickling the ivories at the piano upon getting off the escalator was the cherry on top!

Staff was very helpful but when I went to the yard to pick up some treated 12 ft 6×6s they were above my head level. Each of these weigh about 140 pounds and getting the bottom one out with 5 more stacked above would be very difficult. Luckily one of the yard workers brought a pallet of shingles to stand on so I could get to the top of the lumber.

Menards is wonderful. As a Florida resident for years, I still miss Menards. So when I’m traveling, I love to stop in and just see what they have. From bird feeders to home improvements to food, it’s just a fun place to look for things I don’t find in Florida or cost saving every day items.

This is the first time I have been to this store and found it very inviting and easy to navigate. I love that this store also has a second floor and that it's got an elevator and moving stairs. It even cool that your cart locks in place on the moving stairs.
This store is also very bright and airy. I also love the 11% rebate on everything.

Ordered a grill on Menards.com that came damaged. Went to return the grill and was told the “processing fee” couldn’t be returned because they had to pay someone to pick it off the shelf. Spoke to a manager named Laken and she stated she was “just being nice” and returned the shipping fee already. I asked if returning the shipping fee and processing wasn’t part of the return policy. She said “I didn’t say that.” She acted like she did us a favor for refunding the shipping fee. Absolute horrible service will NEVER return.
