I usually do not review but I can not say enough about the experience I had in the Eden Prairie location. I could not get the first gentleman name but the store manager was amazing. There was a small issue with the rental order days prior to the wedding. Joe was extremely helpful, he fixed the order, went out his way to check all the other parties involved orders and fix them. He was able to get me the item right before the wedding. The team was amazing and I would highly recommend. Everything fit perfect and no complaints.

Left the store 18min after I was told I would be helped shortly by a employee that went on break directly after helping the customer before me. I just have wore my invisible suit that day. Customer experience is horrible at this location and the store looks like the salvation army. The copy and paste responses I'm seeing from management are hilarious. Just fix your company so it feels like a suit store and not and garage sale. NO I WON'T EMAIL YOU WITH MY CONCERNS!! Do better!

This is a truly horrible company to work for no help staffing store locations writing up good store managers, even though they hit their sales goals, not paying people who gave their two week notice correctly I have not yet received my last check the regional manager has a personal relationship with a lead at the southdale location allowing her to disrespect and lie to team members and customers has no care for any of his hard-working employees, which is why so many have quit as of recent. Also will allow certain people to lie to customers, including celebrities that are black saying that they don’t carry suits that they carry all the time it was a true disappointment in a place that I enjoyed as a second job

I give one star because the manager was really trying hard.0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!my husband went 3 months ago to order a suit and give his measurements. When we go pick it up the pants were 8 sizes too big EIGHT! The person that gave it to him recommended suspenders for the blue sack of potatoes he was going to wear. I went in and made a bit a scene and told the manager that was not acceptable... their answer sorry there is nothing we can do. So I frantically started looking for pants in the store that match to the suit we are looking for. To our suprise they charged us for both pants because the other size pants were in another state and there was nothing he could do!The manger was nice enough to give us a discount.

I had an interesting few visits to Mens Wearhouse in the Eden Prairie Mall. I made an appointment online and I got there on time but had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. I then got fitted and got my suit jacket but needed the pants to be shipped to me. I was told I would be contacted when they were ready-that never happened. I called to see if they were ready about 3 days later and the guy on the phone said they were. I asked if I needed another appointment to get my jacket sleeve hemmed and to retrieve my pants. He actually started laughing at my question and said "no dude, you can just come pick them up". He then asked when I needed my jacket hemmed by and I said I needed it within 2 weeks. He then laughed again and said "we can get it done but I have a birthday party to go to so I'll be busy". Not sure how those things intertwine. I will not go back there.

My brother went in to buy a new suit about 10 minutes before I showed up to have one (I previously bought from MW and have never worn) altered.I walked in, my brother waved to me from the back and as I headed towards him, I was greeting with a “what are you doing?”.I explained my brother was buying a suit and I needed mine that I had purchased during the early days of COVID altered.I was told the tailor was not in until Monday and that they would advise against being fit for any suit until they were back. I asked the manager why my brother is being fit for a suit if they aren’t able to do so and was not given a response other than “he’s with our sales team and if I were you, I wouldn’t have him measure you for any alterations”.Giving 2 stars because he saved me from butchering a new suit. Outside of that…just absolutely lousy.I hate leaving negative reviews…but if you can’t help - at least be respectful.

CJ was great. He answered all my questions, juggled multiple customers efficiently and had some great thoughts on other things I should consider. I will be back.

i had the best experience at MW the other day. CJ the store manager was helping me and he was such an amazing person he knew exactly what i needed and helped me get to my goal. he truly made the experience so much better and im glad i decided to go to Men's Warehouse.

We had the MOST incredible experience at Men’s Wearhouse in Eden Prairie. The manager CJ took the experience above and beyond! We were looking for a prom tux for my brother. CJ worked his magic and made my brother feel like an absolute rock star! He was so kind and informative. While helping us still doing a fabulous job of greeting every guest that walked in and making sure everyone was being helpful promptly. It was our first time going to this store and trust we will continue doing business here as long as people like CJ are around! That man is a godsend and needs to be valued for his work! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!????

I'm writing a review to the men's warehouse that responds to reviews l. If you actually care about customer bad experiences then put your name on your responses so people writing reviews know who to to actually contact to discuss their issue instead of a generic 1-877 number and generic MWListens email Alias...Weak follow up My one experience buying a suit here was good but that was 10 years ago

I needed to be sized for a wedding and decided to stop in for help. Ellen helped me get sized and it was painless, quick and personable. I wish every customer experience was that good.

terrible experience. went in looking for a prom tux, nobody helped us until we asked, and then the lady we had didn’t help us at all. She didn’t even tell us what we needed. She expected us to know everything about a prom tux, but we don’t do this everyday! When we asked questions she answered with one or maybe two words but nothing that helped us. When we asked someone else, they seemed like they knew nothing also. After getting my tux I will never going back to this place ever. Very bad, and would not recommend to ANYONE!!

They are all liars. Purchased a really nice suit ties and shirts. Made sure to ask if altercations were included in purchase. Was told by 2 different people yes. Send my son to get it all fitted and they tell him $100. So tired of people lie and this store is the worst. What happened with good customer service?
