Said it passed a multi point inspection. Wheel had bearing problem. Easy fix but was never contacted back. Just dissapointed on how they left me hanging. Sales process went smooth and nice. Everything was great. Finance manager found me a good rate.Probably would've felt great if they called back saying they would look at it a least and confirm the problem for me to pay for.Even if I wanted to bring it in for a regular maintenance. Was never contacted back on scheduling an actual time to bring in. Called service few times said they can't schedule anything for Matt. Matt Never follows up correctly. Stephen is just sales and can't schedule a maintenance check for me and stopped replying to my emails or callsJust doesn't make sense if I can't call and schedule anything.Fixed the problem myself. Brand new hub assembly for $170 bucks. With their tools replacing bearing alone maybe tops $40 plus labor. Such an inexpensive fix to leave someone hanging and dwelling on negative feelings.Please think about doing business with Metropolitan Ford.

It was a pleasure working with Jon Wisell (sales) and Mike Nelson (sales manager) to purchase a used commuter car. The market for used cars has been scarce but Jon and Mike helped me find a Honda Insight that fit the bill. They both had good communication, followed through on promises, and sold me a well sorted vehicle. Overall, it was a pain free car buying process. I would recommend Jon, Mike, or Metropolitan Ford …..And a ride in a Shelby didn’t hurt either. :)

We just purchased our new vehicle from Metropolitan Ford and I cannot say how great the experience was. We worked with Mike Jones, Mike Dixon and Mike in finance. All three of these gentlemen were kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We never once felt any pressure and we were given several options for vehicles within our budget. Thank you for making this unexpected purchase that much easier.

I can’t say enough great things about Mike Jones, and the team at Metropolitan Ford! We got the exact explorer that we wanted extremely easy process throughout and wonderful financing options way better than what any bank is offering right now! Worked with Mike Dixon here on the purchase of a 2023 Mustang Mach E. Mike was fantastic. Absolutely didn't pressure us at all. We came back two days after initially looking at the vehicle and made a completely seamless purchase. The whole process was handled, professionally, quickly, and to our satisfaction. This was our second vehicle purchase from the dealership. I would highly recommend working with Mike and working with Metropolitan Ford.

My experience at Metro Ford has been terrible. I dropped off my car for an appointment, they notified me what repairs they recommended, and then the next day they called me and told me the repairs they suggested didn't fix the problem. From there, they let me know they'd look into alternative solutions and parts, and never followed up with me, and when I called them several times they had no updates for me. When I asked to have them provide an offer to purchase the car or offer trade in, their representative didn't call me back, so I had to call them and request it again. After over 3 weeks of waiting, I still haven't received a bill or clear next steps. No loner car was offered during this time.

The STAR of this review is my Service Advisor Jess. I ended up spending around $4,700 on my 2014 Escape to have spark plugs replaced, cooling system and transmission fluid flushed, four-wheel alignment, rear differential fluid change and rear differential assembly replaced. All the work was completed as expected. Jess did a great job keeping me posted on progress and when issues came up. Jess was very personable and made me feel valued as a customer. Jess gets FIVE BIG STARS!

Recently had a very frustrating experience at Metropolitan Ford's service department. I called in about a rust spot on my 2020 Raptor's bumper. The representative on the phone informed me that this would likely be covered under my corrosion warranty but mentioned a month-long wait for an appointment. I agreed and scheduled time off work in advance for it.Upon arrival, the serviceman immediately addressed me in a condescending tone. He erroneously stated that the only warranty applicable for a 2020 model might be the powertrain and that I should find a bodyshop and just pay out of pocket. I showed him the Ford app on my phone, which clearly indicated a 5 year/unlimited mile corrosion warranty. After verifying on his computer, he acknowledged the warranty but then informed me that I should take the truck to a different Ford dealership as they don’t handle body work. This was surprising, as the initial call made to book the appointment clearly described my issue, and one would expect such vital details to be communicated.My main concerns are:Why wasn't I informed beforehand that this location does not handle bodywork, saving me the trouble of waiting and taking time off?It’s confusing for a customer when told to coordinate with different Ford dealerships when initially directed to a specific one.The lack of knowledge and empathy by the service staff was disappointing. Proper communication and understanding of warranties are crucial in this business.I hope Metropolitan Ford addresses these concerns. Until then, I'd advise potential customers to be cautious.

Avoid this place. I took my mustang for service over a year ago after putting new tires. They changed the lower control arm in the front and did an alignment. Right after getting the car it was pooling to the right. I took the car back and they say, oh we forgot to tight something; but still pooling a little to the right and they say was normal. Looking my tires now the front tires are garbage and when I look the invoice it say my car is 213xxx miles when I just pass 50k after one yea and a half. Avoid this place.

Avoid this place. I took my mustang to get a lower control arm or is what they say I needed and do an alignment and now my front tires are ruin. I took my car to a Ford thinking they need better then any other mechanic and I was wrong. Lame at is best service!
