Rude manager. We were waiting in line to get checked out and she frowned at us and said, "did you have a question?" in a very annoyed voice. Obviously didn't like seeing us there. I answered that we had to check out with cashier because I don't have a pin number attached to my card and in the past, the cashier would help. I guess that changed now, because she walked away saying, "you need a pin, every machine needs a pin!" So seeing that I only had 2 dollars on me, I was forced to leave what I was going to buy and left. Will not be going back, as it is really inconvenient and on top of that, everyone is always in a bad mood over there.

Clean and orderly as usual, with everything in stock that I found online. The fabric options are pretty basic. 3 stars for them getting rid of cashiers and making it self-checkout. Annoying at a place like this with only a hand scanner and lots of small items with questionable barcodes. Christmas is in full force already, fall decor/halloween/Thanksgiving selections are pretty small.

We started working with fondant to decorate cakes. Made a jack o lantern pumpkin with stem. Michael's had large and small packages of many colors, very helpful!

This location is all self-checkout, credit only if you do, and if you want to buy anything that's on clearance or as is you have to go through a second line that's cash and returns, and do an entirely separate transaction for it. Super inconvenient, will not be returning to this location.

Came here for custom framing and the gal was helping some people, but then said she was done for the day, leaving in ten minutes, and was the only person that could help me, so I’m better off going somewhere else until they hire more people. Maybe they should hire more people or tell me when I could come back and actually be helped?
