My mani pedi was well done and my stylist was very thorough in prepping my nails! I don’t live in town and found this place on google randomly. I would definitely go back when I visit again.

I've been to many nail salons in my life. I have finally found my home! Julie and her staff are great. My dip nails last way longer than any other place I've gone to. They have any color you could want and all the nail techs are skilled at any design you could think of. Julie and her husband are great humans who help others in the community by selling home made Vietnamese food and then donating it to the needy. Very unprofessional! I went with my mom to go get her nails done.She only speak Spanish so I went with her to translate. She wanted a dark green. The lighting at their store was very dark. We showed the lady a picture. After she was done with her nails we stepped outside in daylight and she accidentally put a dark blue. No big deal. We went back in to nicely tell them they accidentally put the wrong color and if it was possible they could change it. They got mad at us and told us to come back tomorrow. I had to make my mom another appointment in the morning and she said she would pay to change the color. We were the first one there and we noticed they all were giving us dirty looks. They were all saying to my mom not knowing English that it was her fault and not theirs. That she should have known the color gets darker. They started helping walk in clients. And ignored us even when I made the appointment for my mom. And when I was trying to tell them this was all a big misunderstanding. They were speaking their language and made me and my mom feel uncomfortable. We felt very unwelcome. It broke my heart because they made my mom cry.

This was horrible I've had alot of pedicures and this was the worst!! Made an appointment at 530pm. Walk in and she says I have to be somewhere tonight. Why did you schedule my appt then??? So she says sit down. Sat down the tray had crumbs on it! Not cleaned! So she asked what color. I picked a color and she says ok no massage today next time!! What?? That's what I love! She was rude on the phone her friend comes in and she helps her with her nails said nothing to me. Walks away!! Unprofessional! And not cheap or comparable to others. The worse part is days later my feet get infected under my 2 nails! Never has that ever happened and I have no nail issues! Now I have to wait til they heal to go somewhere else! The only reason I can 1 star is because the color of the polish was pretty! Not one other thing was nice or professional! So never again will I go there or recommend anyone I know go there! Bad bad service and care! Thank you

Favorite nail place ever! All the ladies are so sweet and I always walk out with a perfect mani pedi. I’ve tried other places in Minnesota and in other states, and I will always stay loyal to Mitchell Nails & Spa!

Yesterday, on the spur of the moment my two daughter and I went to this place for the first time. We didn’t have an appointment so we just walked in and they attended to us right away! The costumer service was so great and Julie was so skilled that I won’t hesitate to recommend this place to my friends and even to my boss as well to anyone else who is looking for a great place to pamper themselves.
