save yourself time and don’t buy a car from here. we got sold a lemon car. i’m not sharing the whole story all receipts are down below. Long story short bought the car this last summer for 9,995$ plus taxes told us the timing chain was fixed their mechanic either put it on terribly wrong or it was a lie. It said the car fax brooksdale volkswagen serviced the timing chain and some other things called them turns out they denied over 3,000$ worth of work (i also contacted car fax about this). wouldn’t let us return it so ryan had their mechanic kenny re fix or fix it had it for the rest of my summer. got the car back and every other service paper you see are all within the span of hardly even a month of having it back. The whole entire point of me getting this car was to do higher end mods on it. Obviously that’s not possible when all of the money is going towards fixing it. So, don’t go here they are pretty good liars honestly. Had all of us fooled the whole time.

Do not do business with them, they sold me a car with cracked engine block sent me to their mechanic put a bandaid on it. Had me add the car warranty they offered then was denied. Owner practices deceptive tactics to make time go by. Instead of doing the right thing. Beware.

I've been calling this place everyday for over a week and they will not answer the phone so I really can't give that much review although when I did just go there the guy was one of the guys anyway was halfway polite but whoever's in charge of the phone they're not doing a very good job. Very frustrating
