Catie and the team took amazing care of us making sure we had everything we needed. She helped get an appointment as soon as possible as my prescription had expired and I needed to purchase glasses that day for insurance purposes. They were the heroes of the day. Just when I thought we were out of luck, the team turned the whole day around and got everything taken care of. I left with new glasses I love, and a new permanent location for me and my family. Thanks so much to Catie and the whole team!

Really upsetting experience when I went for a fix on my glasses. The girl helping me didn’t seem to know what too do. She said she needed a manager and the manager seemed like she was drunk or had just woken up and told me there was nothing they could do.

I worked with Store Manager, Dalton. Very pleasant experience, and I was thrilled that my prescription eyewear was ready in time for the deadline I'd stated! I only wish there were more frames to choose from in the rimless style that I prefer.

My husband and I took our granddaughter to Pearl Vision in Eden Prairie mall and was a Wonderful experience.. From the moment we walked in until we were leaving the staff was amazing. Dr Jennifer to the manager and all of the other ladies there you could tell they really loved their jobs. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Dr. Scott and Shaela were terrific! Shaela was so helpful in finding the perfect glasses for my mom! Looking forward to having her help me find glasses for myself soon! She definitely went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

This location is wonderful with friendly helpful and energetic staff. I stopped going to the Chaska location and decided to give them a try in E.P. So very glad I did. I was able to take advantage of a promotion and two pairs for the price of one. Very pleased with the service. My new place for eye candy.

I recently accompanied my fiancé at Pearl Vision to pick out new glasses and was pleasantly surprised with the speedy service and costumer service. Hailey, our glasses consultant, was incredibly helpful finding us affordable and stylish frames.

Wonderful assistance from Dalton (Store Manager) and Jade during our visit today. We came for the contact appointment and Jade was providing all information about the appointment and what covers under insurance and what doesn’t. Dalton is a perfectionist who fixed our existing lens with almost precision and even better than a new lens. ❤️

Awesome team. Went there for the first time and I was greeted super nicely by the receptionist. I had Dr. Trisha do my exam and she was amazing and answered all my questions. After I was done with exam Dalton was amazing at helping me pick my glasses. Gave me amazing service and made sure I didn’t leave there until we found a glasses that matched my face. I thank you the whole team for amazing service.

I have just received my second pair of new glasses from Pearle Vision in Eden Prairie.
All four of our family member go there due to the excellent service they provide.
Assistance and guidance is always available.
A vast choice of frames and competitive prices complete the picture, not to mention the superb no pressure approach of the friendly staff. You never have to wait long either. It’s all good.
