We’ve had our two year old at primrose for about 7 months now and it’s been a great experience. I find management very responsive and transparent, they are very good with updating us on his daily activities, they are able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and his teachers are great! We did have a lot of turnover in his class for a bit but I think they handled it well and were able to substitute teachers quickly. If I ever need updates on him they are pretty quick to respond and I like the curriculum and activities. Most days he is really excited to go there too which is probably the biggest indicator for me that they are doing it right (I say most days cause… toddlers?)

We had 2 children that attended for 2 years before we pulled them out. While curriculum was decent, the lack of transparency from management proved to be the deciding factor. While a teacher was being investigated in our son's class, they chose not to inform the parents even though three teachers in that pod left unexpectedly and on the same day.In addition, management was incredibly slow or completely unresponsive to parent concerns (via both email and phone), which is unacceptable.7 teachers directly expressed to me that they were unhappy at Primrose. There are better alternatives out there. Don't get roped in by the salesmanship.

My two girls attended Primrose-EP for 2 and 4 yrs. We appreciate everything the awesome staff had done for our girls. Due to a job relocation to a different state, we had to transfer our girls out of the Primrose. My girls and us will miss all the wonderful people we have met at Primrose and thank y’all for being AWESOME!

Due to the unprofessional and dishonest actions from the owner, Benjamin Adams, I do not recommend doing business with the Primrose School of Eden Prairie. After years of providing services to this school, our company still has not been paid for services rendered and the owner refuses to return our calls or emails. Background: Our company provided cleaning services to the Primrose School of Eden Prairie for approximately 3 years. In the Spring of 2022, we decided to end our agreement due to consistently late payments and the client's unwillingness to accept a modest increase in their monthly rate.During our time servicing the school, our team showed up every night to clean, without missing a single day. We extended over $12lk in credit to the schools during COVID, to ensure that the teachers and students arrived to a clean and sanitary facility every morning. Invoices were consistently paid 60+ days late, yet we never charged a late fee or suspended our services.Despite our consistent performance, and impeccable attendance record, we are still chasing the owner, Benjamin Adams, for payment 5 months after the last invoice was issued.I strongly advise against doing business with a person, and organization, that mistreats their vendors and does not fulfill their contractual obligations. From reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern of behavior that prospective vendors and clients should be aware of before doing business with Benjamin Adams and Primrose School of Eden Prairie

Our child has been enrolled at Primrose for the past 2 years, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience here.Everyone we’ve been in contact with has gone above & beyond for our son. We really feel like we’ve just added more people to love and look out for our child. We love the wide variety of healthy food options and activities that the children do every day.The communication (especially during Covid times) has been wonderful & so appreciated. We are so grateful for our experience at Primrose and all of the staff here!

I feel very bad about the review given by Mark Jeffries. I have been a teacher at primrose School for two and a half years. In the infant and young toddler room. I worked with the Jeffrey's family. It seemed like nothing we did was ever right. Their little boy was changed every hour and a half had to be fed every hour and a half. He was a very sweet happy little boy. We had to wake him up to feed him. I thought things were being worked out together. No matter what we did it wasn't good enough. I feel really bad that Primrose got a bad rating because of one family. We take our job to heart and we do what we do for the kids. We try to respect all of the parents wishes. Some days are a little more hectic but he was not going home with poop in his diaper and diaper rash. He might have pooped on the way home. He went home clean at the end of the day. I know it's only one child but I feel we really get the bad rap. We do a pretty awesome job with our people in our pod to make sure that our babies and young toddlers get what they need are nurtured and loved throughout the day. Kelly VonBerge

This place is being bombarded by bad reviews from a bunch of covid cookoos. The reviews are outright false and should be ignored the school is easily a 5 star experience. The pre-school curriculum is arguably the best of all the day cares in the area.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE !! There is no other word that comes to my mind. Behind those smiling faces of the staff, there are devils inside. They do unimaginable chings to children who are as sweet as flowers and then leave them on their own. My kid's personality changed from a happy go lucky kid to a stressed, afraid and insecured one. I request every parent NOT TO SEND THEIR CHILDREN TO THIS SCHOOL!
