Changed my windshield but they broke my wipers that weren't broken before then proceeded to try to sell me new ones for the ones they broke... And didn't put in the sides correctly/had to throw one out for mold but never showed it to me.

So i am still in the middle of process of replacing my 2024 Mazda CX90 windshield , it have been a month since i reported my claim and my insurence approved the OEM glass , but this shop employees or their system have major issues syncing and i saw technicians they look so young and their reception staff are not professional, first they tried to put non OEM glass which i refused , then they got insurence approval for OEM and when i cam to my appointment their system said it is for calibration !!! Anyway Based on bad reviews i read about this shop and based on my experience with them so far i am going to cancel and will go to the shop that my dealership reccomended in first place . I am glad i read reviews here specially bad ones . I dont want a kid to replace my high tech vehicle glass and mess all sensors .

Waiting for my car to be serviced I witnessed a mother on crutches come in at 9:40 for a 9:30 appointment with her daughter. The appointment was for an all day appointment - so 9:30 to 5pm. The service representative said “your appointment was at 9:30, you’re 10 minutes late.” The mother said, in a completely reasonable tone, “I’m sorry, I’m on crutches, is there anything you can do, it was a tough morning getting here on crutches.” The service representatives said in a professional tone, you’re late and if I accept you I push everything back for everyone else. I can’t do it and I will get in trouble.” The mother left with her daughter in a defeated but graceful mood where others would have possibly blown up or asked to see a manager. I watched the service representative talk to other workers explaining you can’t be late. I’ll remind you it can take several weeks to schedule a weekend all day appointment here. The point of this post is I understand both sides from both parties. I don’t know what type of managerial pressure the service representative has received for previous appointments that have come in late. I do think being turned away for 10 minutes for a possible 7.5 hour appointment is an unreasonable way to treat customers and there should be some discretion used.My personal service was easy and on time.

Amazing customer service. Arrived early and they immediately started working on my car and were done in less than 30 min. Staff was so kind!

My 2011 Honda Pilot was done in an hour! The employee ‘Ray’ they call him, was great with customer service during a heavy down pour of rain! Lobby area had plenty of drinks available too. I’d highly recommend this location.

Technician damaged our vehicle. Safelite had us get quotes for the repair. The first quote they wouldn’t except because it was their competitor, which we found out is b.s. We have talked to 5 different people all promising resolve the issue and pay for the damages. Every person we talked said “I can’t believe this happened” and promised to resolve the issue. It’s been 4 months and no help with issue. We can’t fill a claim with insurance because it will count again us. So, by all means avoid doing any business with Safelite. They WILL screw you over and do it with a smile. All we want is to be able to open the passenger door of our vehicle again!

Very Poor. We dropped off car twice to replace auto windshield with an appointment. Both times they failed to let us know they didn't have the correct part in stock. Drove 20 miles. Would have been nice they called and let us know ahead of time. Communication is very poor. Can't comment on service quality because we still have a broken windshield. Looking for a new company now.

Brought my car here through a Progressive claim and had arguably the worst customer service experience of my life. First of all, they broke something on my new windshield prior to installing it and were not able to perform the services, which isn't that big of a deal but worth noting. After I had come back to pick up my car though I noticed some adhesive strips sticking upwards on my A-pillar from the dash, I proceeded to ask management about it to which they replied they could not have caused that to happen (which very well could be true), but then they allowed one of their hot-headed window techs to come out and take a look at it. The tech acted aggressive and proceeded to rip out the adhesive strip, which now needs to be replaced. I have spent countless hours trying to get in contact with customer service to correct the situation and have hit a ridiculous number of roadblocks. I would not recommend anyone uses Safelite for if something ends up going wrong, they make it extremely difficult to fix.

Does this look repaired to you??? The crack is almost double the size, and it’s directly in my view. Do you think it is safe to drive with a (now almost two inch) crack right infront of my face? absolutely ridiculous this isn’t repaired, it’s worse!

I logged onto Safelite's website to schedule a replacement windshield. The quote for my windshield was apox $380. As I clicked through to get to scheduling and payment they tried to get me to buy overpriced windshield wipers and other add ons as some sites do. I declined them all. I scheduled a time and the price changed to over $490.00. I hit the chat feature and asked what happened to the original quote of $330. They said it was tax and fees that brought the cost up to $490. If tax is 7% that means they are adding 22% in "Fees". What fees can there possibly be on installing a windshield? Perhaps if they were honest with the price from the start the $490 would have been fine, however if they are deceiving me from the getgo I have no interest in trusting the quality of their product or installation. As a side note their Consumer Affairs rating is 1.4 out of 5 stars with over 700 reviews. Trustpilot is a bit better at 1.5 out of 5 stars and almost 650 reviews.Look elsewhere, thanks

No issues with the glass, but extremely annoying that the tech had to completely change my chair, wheel, and side mirror settings to drive it 1 minute from the garage to the parking lot. Never feels quite right after someone changes it and you can't get it back to what it was.

Steered to Safelite by Progressive. Small rock chip. Safelite cracked the windshield with their crappy techs. So now I need to buy a new windshield with $750 deductible. Screwed by Safelite and Progressive. Wow!!

Very disappointed in this process with Safelite. Scheduled a mobile appointment 2-weeks ago, only for them to cancel on me 10 minutes before closing time the day before saying they need to reschedule as windshield was not in. Rescheduled for today 8a-12p. Took morning off, and they no showed. Called them at 12:15 asking for an update, receptionist said they would have tech call me back within minutes for an update. Received no call for an hour, called back for another update and they didn’t have one. So I cancelled entire order and service, and will now proceed to use one of their competitors.

So far I can't give a recommendation as to the quality of their work. I can only offer testimony to their ability to make you wait to get your glass replaced, their inability to secure tge correct piece of glass, the ineptitude with which they can secure the correct piece of glass, and again their stellar ability to make you wait.If their current schedule holds it will be almost a full month since my initial contact with broken glass to replacement. They would not be my first choice in auto glass service.I will update about the glass replacement when and if they ever complete it!
