Worst salon ever. Booked an appointment at 12:00 went to the original sanctuary and told me that my appointment is at the other location, which they never mentioned to me when I made the appointment. Got to the other location at 12:15 and told I’m late for my appointment.never will come back.

I had a massage and facial. Both were good. I enjoy this salon. At the end of the service my face got red. I asked questions to understand what it may be and what to look for. The staff showed concern and care. It all worked out well but good to have people who care about the service they provide and the customers.

I had a 90 minute massage by Maggie on 12/21/23 at 7 pm. The massage was wonderful, the best I have ever had. Maggie made me feel so relaxed. I would rate 5 stars except the drinking water was empty in relaxation room before massage, so I couldn’t have a drink, and locker room isn’t the best. My locker was very low to the ground, difficult to use due to knee arthritis, next time will request a higher locker. Also the towel/robe return area was overflowing. Locker room does not look inviting at all, and has minimal products. I do appreciate having plus size robes, but the slippers were either way too small, or way too large. Will just use my own next time.

Came 5 minutes before close and they had already locked up. Customers inside and no one even offered to let me come in. I had 2 quick items to purchase. (Huge pet peeve)!

I brought my 12 year old daughter there for a simple trim prior to school starting. They charged me $120 for the cut. I questioned it and they stated that was the price and there was nothing they could do. I paid it and then called back to speak to the manager and they did end up refunding me $50, but that was still a super expensive kids haircut and there was zero transparency in pricing!

My partner treated us to soaks and a Together massage a few years back for my birthday, and we both loved the experience. We’ve been pretty achey and sore as of late, so I decided it was time to revisit for another Together massage - and it was amazing, yet again.Maggie and Phayao were our massage therapists (artists, really) and we can’t say enough positive things about their professionalism, anatomical knowledge, and obvious expertise. They were incredibly tuned-in to our body’s needs and the various areas that needed their attention most, and we both left feeling like sleepy, melted butter. We will certainly be back to see them!The only aspect that could improve upon the experience even further has been touched on in other reviews: the locker/shower room is fairly simple in terms of product offerings and toiletries. The shower had one shampoo and conditioner, and the mirror had one hair gel. I really enjoyed them, however, I also know that not everyone has the same hair and skin type, so they might not “gel” (pun intended) with everyone equally.Having a wider variety or samples would be fantastic, and a great entry point for those considering purchases of the product lines. Also, having other toiletries available such as Q-tips and lotion would add that extra post-shower comfort.All-in-all a fantastic experience worth repeating!

Excellent massage with Ling. Wished there were more styling product options in the locker room, since there's an entire Aveda line available for purchase. I was unable to stay for a shower, because there were no products available that helped my hair.

I went in for a simple haircut, to have my hair trimmed an inch. Diane cut it terribly bad and she made a hole on the side, cutting a whole part way shorter than the rest. Corey, their Trainer, tried to fix it but made the hole even bigger. My hair is now 7-8 inches shorter, with a huge hole on the side... there is nothing to do about it and it will take at least half a year to get the hole filled. I will have to wear a hat the whole summer until the hair grows back.Avoid this place at all cost.

I brought my fiancee to Sanctuary Salon Spa for a trial run for make up and hair before the wedding. I'm not sure what went wrong, but the job was unacceptable. My fiancee was very sad and washed all the make up off her face immediately after arriving home. I talked to a manager and sent pictures of the work, requested a full refund but only a very small portion was refunded. I'm just glad it was a trial run and not the day of the wedding results. We showed several people the work and all said it was ridiculous. We did find another place and we are very happy we made the switch. Just letting everyone know, because they have a larger company doesn't mean you'll receive better results. The place might be good for something, but not sure. We'd definitely never go back.

Last month, my wife scheduled three massages for her, her sister, and her mother for a birthday present. About an hour before the scheduled massage they called and said they couldn’t do all three and asked her to be flexible. She is very accommodating and instead of a massage she voted to do a facial instead. She still paid full price and that was that.Today we had a couples massage scheduled for an early Valentine’s Day treat. Once again they called two hours before to cancel on us. This is unacceptable and so very disappointing. They don’t even offer any kind of discount or something, they just say oops sorry anyway when else can you come in. But if this was the other way around they would happily charge us for a rescheduling fee. What a joke. I’d give less than a star if I could.

Horrible customer service. My wife called to change her appointment the day before, whoever she spoke with did not document or get the date and time that was promised. Now they are charging full price for service when they messed up. They also claim it's up to the stylist to eat the charges. So many fundamental things wrong with how this whole scenario played out.Asking to speak to a manager and they did not want to share who the manager was, steer clear from this place as they truly don't care about the client just the revenue.Also, seems this has happened to others below, beware!!
