Big improvement from previous management companies and our manager Steven does an incredible job. Very timely and attentive and has many industry connections to make sure that work orders are completed on time and on budget. These things make life so much easier for both homeowners/tenants and board members alike.

Completely night and day difference from our previous company. Janelle takes great care of us and reminds us what we need to be doing. She is on top of things and we only ask once for what we need. Truly feels like the board has a partner that has our back. We are super happy with Janelle and Sharper.

Sharper Management has been negligent in dealing with condo owners who smoke, despite the HOA's rules. To be clear, this is not a small bit of weed smoke that drifts into our apartment, it smells like they are in the room with us smoking a blunt. My landlord filed a complaint on our behalf almost two weeks ago, but we have been dealing with smoke every night since then. This has also been a problem PRIOR to move in. I recommend choosing a different property if it is managed by Sharper Management.
Added for repost: Our landlord, the owner of the condo, notified the HOA. Therefore it is under their obligation to fix this issue. Also I wish they would respond to our landlord as fast as they respond to their negative reviews, it’s ridiculous.
Update: The weed smoke caused the fire alarms to go off in the building.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I've been waiting for a new garage door opener since January. I've been calling weekly and even drove to their offices to pick up a new opener. By then I needed 2 new openers. When I got back to my apartment only 1 worked! It's been a month of calling and still NO RESPONSE to replace the opener. The receptionist is responsive and kind but our property manager, Dave Garten, has NEVER returned our calls!

As usual I have to be here again and give out my zero rating. Looks like sharper doesn't want my kids to enjoy my backyard. If I can ask what is wrong when I want to have a kids playset in my backyard? Am I the only one in the community with the kids playset? Or the management is getting personal as if it's paying my Mortgage? I AM REALLY PISSED OFF!!!
Response from the owner,
You purchased a home within a Homeowner's Association. Associations have Rules, one of which is seeking approval for structures. You were fully notified of this on 4/15. Sharper Management does not make the Rules, we are hired by the Association, through its Board of Directors, to help enforce them. You are giving a poor review to a company for doing their job. Your energy might be better spent on understanding the policies of the Association in which you bought into.
My response.
Yes I was fully notified on 4/15 under section 9 ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL which states that no structure shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot until the construction plans............have been approved. Were there any structure/s to be erected at my lot? And what was the exact thing I was doing on my Lot?
SECTION 16: RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT. Recreational equipment such as trampolines, { swing sets, play houses which I did put in my backyard }inflatable and above the ground swimming pools [ intended to be left up to more than 24 hours ] must be located in the rear yard only.
Now the owner is coming to my review charged with emotions and ignorance that I should spent my energy on understanding Association policies. Next time do your your assignment probably. Don't expose your laziness and incompetence to the general public.

As a landscaper and property maintenance contractor we have worked with many property management companies over the years. The team at Sharper Management has always been wonderful to partner with. Josh Fuhreck is a true professional that does a great job looking out for the best interest of the communities he represents. If you are an HOA that has struggled to find a good property management company I would highly recommend Josh and the team at Sharper. A plus.

Went with a company that made promises with no delivery. We then found Sharper Management who went above and beyond, following through on their promises with personal touches.
