I stood at the return cashier (who was a manager) for over half an hour with a printed receipt and an online receipt containing all the information they needed, but they could not get their system to pull up my email so they could not refund my money. She assured me multiple times it was “their system” and not my fault. So even though I had a receipt they could not issue me a refund. That is wrong. I won’t be shopping there again.

Elderly sales person closed their register when I was the last person in line. Rudely held their hand out without making eye contact stating they were closed.
