Return policy has fees that are not disclosed, $250 and expect to spend a long time on hold - 30 plus minutes to try and get a return setup.

Nice enough people, they follow up with you in the store, but you pay a delivery fee and if the bed doesn't work for you, they charge you another $250 pickup fee. So I spent $500 to try an air mattress for a few weeks after the elevated tech support deemed it to be their mattress not being compatible with my bed frame. Then I called the store, they said they'd call me back, and of course did not.All this after the fine print just says there "may be a return fee." Please. That was glossed over. You need to TELL people it will cost them $250 delivery fee and $250 pickup fee just to try it. This business practice shouldn't be legal.

Being greeted before the door had even closed behind me was a bit overwhelming but understanding the uniqueness of the product.....it was a great experience!

Bought a bed from this company. Waited weeks for the delivery. Received a vm, 10 hrs prior to my delivery, that the delivery was being postponed until Monday, January 6th. The last I checked, the next business day is tomorrow (not two weeks from now)! Waited hours for a call back only to be told that the damaged headboard, delivered two flights down from my townhouse was not refundable? Did I read the ppwk when I agreed to the terms? Ridiculous. Had a great experience in the store, only to postpone the delivery of the product for a month?!

Can't quite rate the bed yet, but Fonz gets 5 stars. Super easy to talk to, very personable, great dude!!!! Had an excellent experience at the store with him.

James and his coworkers were very engaging, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and you also felt very comfortable being there with them. James did everything he could to help us figure out what we needed. We did not feel pressured into buying anything. A great experience.

The sales staff at this store are very nice and overall our in store experience was great. We were excited to get our new bed, but it ended up being way too soft, so we swapped and got a different bed delivered like 3 weeks later. In the mean time I slept on the couch every night. The delivery people showed up an hour after the delivery window that sleep number had selected for us and to top it off the guy was pretty grumpy because he still had one delivery left after us which seemed pretty unprofessional.The first night with our new bed it was even worse. We decided to start over and not get a sleep number and when I called to return it the lady was nice, but I told her that it felt like I was sleeping on a glorified air mattress and her response to me was “well you are” …. That did not make me feel very good about all the money we had planned to spend on one of their beds. ($3600 on the first one and $2000 on the second one) At any rate, $600 in delivery fees and $180 for a mattress protector later we owe sleep number roughly $800 and still don’t have a bed. I don’t recommend these beds. They’re literally air mattresses with layers of foam on top.

After waiting 8 weeks for my original delivery date, I just learned that the salesperson "forgot" to put my delivery date in their system and so my bed was never manufactured and now I have to wait ANOTHER 5 weeks for delivery!

Wow! What an amazing sales person! We went to Mall of America and we were less than enthusiastic about a sleep number bed. The salesman, Caleb, at the Eden Prairie store was fantastic. Not only did he show us what we wanted to know to solidify our decision. But he gently guided us to make a better decision.So excited for our bed to arrive. Can’t wait to experience the Sleep Number mattress. C’mon September 22nd—it can’t come soon enough.
