The cashiers are always so friendly at this location! The guy that works the drive thru with the glasses and dark hair (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) is so friendly and always has a smile on his face! My order is always quick too. It’s a breath of fresh air to see smiling faces!

Worst caribou I’ve ever been to. The business says it’s open but when walk to the door I can see the lady in there working but all the doors are locked. I called and asked why are the doors locked she said there closed on a Monday. With snotty attitude. Highly recommend you don’t go to this store who knows what there doing

3pm. Closed, with a sign in the drive-up lane that they are re-opening tomorrow morning. Drive-up and the whole store were closed, lights out. Not sure what time they closed. Unusual for a Starbucks.

I ordered a venti iced chai tea this morning on my way to work through drive thru. The employee greeted me (which I have to say was a change compared to the other times I’ve gone through drive thru at this location) and must not have heard my entire order asked me to pull forward to the speaker. I told her I was and she said she couldn’t hear me and to speak up. I did.It seems depending on which location (I typically go to this location or Lakeville off 46 and 35W) I go to, some make it where I can’t even taste the chai in the drink and it’s milky tasting. So I do ask.I pulled up to the window, the lady handed me my drink. I paid and then asked if I could get a small cup with two extra shots of chai. Her response was on the rude side. She said “why didn’t you ask for that when you placed your order”? I said “I did”. Me - I asked again. Her - “we can’t do that”. me - “since when”? “I’ve done this before” her being a little short with me - I have to ask a manager. Waiting…waiting…waiting… finally get an answer…my manager said “no”.If I order a drink and can see what the coloring looks like and already know I won’t be able to taste the chai….what is the issue of handing a customer a small cup with the extra shots they requested? Anytime I ask I have NEVER had an issue. I’ve been offered to have it remade. I say no. I’m happy with a couple extra pumps and go on my way.Would they have rather I ask to have them remake it and have the customers behind me wait longer? What was the issue?

Stopped in to grab a quick lemon bread snack. Was delicious!! Also, the woman at the register complimented me on my suede jacket -- it's so nice to see people in the world uplifting others. She's a keeper for sure Starbucks!! ❤️

By far the best experience at a Starbucks (and specifically this one) I’ve ever had. The team was nice, the woman working the cash register was in charge I believe and she was so kind, informative, and calm. They really have it together here. Also, my beverage is definitely photo worthy ☺️

Locks doors and have to wait 30 minutes in drive thru line to pick up mobile order. No one working helpful either. Go to Starbucks down the road. This location is not managed well.

I went through the drive-thru. I said my order twice loudly - “Mobile order for Nicholas.” I was taken aback when the employee, Susan, said “sir please talk into the speaker.” I said “I am.” This is the creepy part- the Susan responded “No you aren’t - you need to TURN and face the speaker.” First, I think if they can see you, you should be able to see them. Secondly, I don’t know why on earth she would argue with a customer. Isn’t it interesting that she could hear me when she was correcting me? Why not just ask the customer politely to pull forward?When I pulled up, I was greeted by Susan making an excuse for her actions- I asked to speak to the manager in the drive-thru and she said the manager was on the way. What’s not clear is if the associate working with her was the manager or not— I did have someone hand me my order and correct a simple error — but she never brought up the problem. I waited for a second to see if the manager would come or if she would identify herself that way, but no one came over.Everything else was standard Starbucks- but very poor service for the acclaimed finest purveyor of coffee in the world.

I walked in to buy a pink drink for my girlfriend and was refused service. I was told they were only taking drive-thru orders because they were short staffed. The drive-thru, unsurprisingly, had a huge line. I myself won't drink Starbucks coffee. It's all burnt and bitter.

Service here leaves everything to be desired. Was just there and the drive-thru was backed up outside the lot onto the road. So I parked and went inside paying attention to the car I was following to note what would've been faster, drive-thru or in-person. We waited about an extra 10 minutes after the time came that I would've been served had I waited in the driving line (guessing 25 minutes in all). But what we were waiting on was a breakfast sandwich. So I finally inquired about it. The man I asked sayed "that's above my pay grade. I'm just the drink man." Unbelievable. There's 7 people working behind the counter. So I started to make my way back to the front to ask somebody that was of a "higher pay grade". There was our sandwich sitting out. It had been cooked a while ago and was now luke warm at best. They just handed it over with a "here ya go". My daughter suggested that next time we should just stay in the drive-thru line. Nope. I suggested next time we go to a locally owned, small business coffee shop that relies on local customers. Enough of these over inflated, big chain, box stores. I can't believe how much I payed for that service.

I was ignored and stared at by staff through the window and door as I tried to see why no one was available to take my order. Called in and asked why they weren't open, I got a hand in the air indicating to wait and was told Google is wrong, and they won't open until 7am. Poor service and communication, I'm sorry, but I will never return to this location.

Zero sense of urgency, it took 35 mins to get our orders out. I understand if you are busy, but when one of the ladies goes on break during the morning rush, (left apron and headset on counter and walked in back) it's not a good sign.Parking: Shared with gas station, typically runs out of spots
