I came in for an oil change and waited in the waiting area. I got a coffee and I didn't even get it half done when they notified me that my vehicle was ready. Easy in and easy out. Everyone was nice and friendly.

I enjoyed my buying experience with your dealership. We were able to work together to accomplish what I needed and am very happy with my purchase. The 2024 Trax is fantastic. Steven and Justin were very professional and customer service oriented.They were very easy to work with the process went very smoothly. I felt valued as a customer. They were very helpful and getting me into the truck that I wanted at the payment that I wanted.

Very disappointed with the service - called to make an appointment to have my car serviced and was told the next availability was 8:30am a couple days out so I booked it. When I brought the car in I was told there was a backup and they might not get to it that day, but I agreed to leave it there and asked for an update later. No update was received the first day so I called the next day and was told they never even looked at it. I canceled the service and will take the car elsewhere going forward. They have become like airlines - overbook service (seats). Difference is that at least the airlines have to pay you if you get bumped.

Austin did an awesome job of taking care of a leaking tire issue for me. I did wait a bit longer than promised but I realize it was due to my last minute visit and the number of customers in front of me. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience with the service center.

I first brought in my 2023 Suburban in March for a possible warranty replacement of the rearview mirror camera. I was told that it needed to be replaced, they would order the part, and they would call me to set up an installation. I was told it could be 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks I called to check in with the service manager I had spoken with and left a voice message. I did not hear back within a week, and called an left another message. This went on for 4 weeks with no response from the service manager. I then called and asked the receptionist if there was another service manager that I could speak with about my warranty issue since I have not recieved any return phone calls. She was avoidant and did not want to connect me with another manager, and then said she would forward my call. I once again did not get an answer and left another voicemail. I then called to schedule an oil change for my vehicle and asked the scheduler if I could have warranty work done at the same time. She said she could make that work, and gave me a time, 9:00AM on Tuesday June 6th, for my appointment. When the vehicle was dropped off I was told it would be put into a queue and we would be notified when it would be done, but we probably would not have it done today. I was shocked as I had an appointment time, and do not have a spare vehicle to use until an undisclosed time when my vehicle will be ready. In fact I'm not sure anyone just has spare vehicles to drive until your vehicle magically gets through the "queue" and is complete. Overall the process to get the warranty replacement of the camera and the service I recieved was terrible, and I am very dissapointed in your lack of customer communication.

I brought my vehicle here for the first time for service after discovering my usual dealership was scheduling pretty far out. I was in contact with John and Jackky throughout the process, both of whom were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and continued to provide me with detailed updates. I would absolutely recommend going here and will continue to go back myself after the great service I received.

I came in with a dead battery and Alyssa and Lance, who’ve always been extremely helpful and answered any questions, were able to get the battery changed in a very short time. I truly appreciate the great work and service that Alyssa and Lance provide and they are both incredible to work with and trust my cars with! Thanks again!

I was assisted by Jakky who was very professional throughout our contact. He talked to me about the cost of the repair I was looking at and the time it would take. I was pleasantly surprised that it was done much earlier than expected. Upon my picking up the vehicle, he was once again very easy to deal with. It was a good experience!

I do not recommend this location. I have never seen or heard so much disrespectful information from a dealership. It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a car. Extremely manipulative sales people, and manager out of all the dealerships around this would be my last choice and only what I buy a car if they were selling it for one dollar.

Kirk our salesman was friendly, didn't preasure us in any way. Same as Mark in finance. Kirk was very knowledgeable about the 2023 Corvette we purchased. He explained and answered every question we had.
