Walked in the store after the holidays. Two sales people. No acknowledgement. I’m carrying around 3 or 4 items for several minutes. No one to answer a question or assist. I put the clothes down and walked out.

I was there on 11/11/2022 and Cathy was wonderful. I was trying to shop with my adult daughter with autism who was distracting me and Cathy did everything to make the shopping better. She was very kind and helpful and I bought a beautiful sweater. Thanks Cathy! This store is very clean, organized and I love their clothes.

Looking back on all my 3 visits there in two yrs or so, only one lady (on my last week visit) was helpful and kind. The rest don't even smile back let alone initiating a smile or greeting verbally. Too rude with returns and exchange from online purchases that didn't fit and even not customer friendly when purchasing from their store. Treats like they belong to a higher level than me/customer/another human being. I don't like going there but it's nearest to my newly moved home. I used to go more to the Rosedale and the St. Paul ones and they have been very nice most of the times.

This is the most Unfriendly Talbot's store I have ever been in! While there shopping, I observed 2 women salespeople arguing with raised voices at an older woman customer who was in tears, she appeared to be alone. I felt so sorry for the poor lady I had to leave the store before I said something I regretted. I have to say this particular store seems very disorganized and does not have any direction or coordination.

Always enjoy talbots. Talbots is a brand I know and trust and have shopped from for years. They make high quality clothing and accessories that perfectly suit my style. They are easy to shop from both in store and online and always have a wide variety of styles to choose from. I personally love. Their professional style. I buy slot of skirt suits here

I was incredibly disappointed with my visit here on a Wednesday morning. I spent about a half hour in the store and made several trips in and out of the fitting room. I was not even acknowledged by the employees. They were behind the cashwrap and didn’t even look up at me. I’ll never return.
