The sign for the Lays chips for $5,89 each said buy 1 get 1 free for target circle members but even after I typed in my phone number the total price for both came as $11.50.But the kind Cashier Sue in answer to my request called a Manager and the kind Manager who was also a very kind lady adjusted the price and I got the second lays chips of mine for half price.I sincerely thank them with all my heart for their time,patience and understanding…..

Supervisor Nasri is rude and very unprofessional. She has NO customer service skills and should not be in her current role. Makes me question if I will shop at the Eden Prairie Target again.

Kenzie was an amazing employee, helped me look for all the items I needed, super knowledgeable, patient, and a hard working employee. She showed us that kindness still exists, thank you target for having such an amazing, friendly, super kind employee, as a regular it was amazing customer service.

Adding to my past review: this is the third time where I have bought an expired item from them (apple sauce pouches, us important apple juice, and now nature bakery bar), another snack at Shakopee target as well. They are not good with keeping up with the expiration dates in their dry food items and it’s irritating. I need to start checking my items more often but it’s a hassle to have to go the extra mile when I am already spending money. Please start rotating items based on expiration dates especially when all 3 items I’ve purchased were first in row on the shelves.
Many things out of stock. The worst part is the changing room. The employees look like they don’t wanna be there and give an annoyance look when you carry more than 3 items to the changing room!!!

Claire-Nichole is one of the more enjoyable checkout clerks around anywhere. She is kind, knowledgeable, caring and very helpful. Despite what she has endured in this life, her attitude and joy remains top notch. She is one of the only reasons I will return to Target at all after rolling back their DEI policies which is SHAMEFUL. THANKS AGAIN CLAIRE!

Poor pickup experience. Employee was overwhelmed and she had no help. 2 stars may be too many, but I did eventually get my item and it was correct.

Recent order processing good, after not ordering anything for a year.. Year ago., Put in 2 online orders . Hours later one order disappeared. Other said out of stock, canceled. Two weeks later, still have two charges on my PayPal account for orders that weren't filled. Disgusting. Filed PayPal disputes to have charges removed. Poorly accessible lists. Overall like online shopping but needs improvements to Target's website and app.

Did a drive up order and they gave me a damaged item not to mention my milk expires in 3 days and I just bought it. Absolutely careless employees. Why offer curbside if your employees don’t do there job correctly 🤷♀️🤦♀️

It's good clean store. Returns are easy.
But do they want customers to buy costly option? There was no price tags on Target G&G milk and they are not even keeping it filled. Compare with the top shelf of Kemps milk.
