HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE haircut and color for $170! If there was 0 stars, I would select. TERRIBLE customer service from local store manager in Eden Prairie. After weeks of trying to get reimbursed and/or request to talk to Regional Mgr., local manager still has not responded to my messages to connect me with Regional Mgr.

I haven't had a good haircut in months but today I finally got an amazing cut! Mat was the stylist and took their time, didn't feel rushed. And they were kind to my neurodivergent self lol. I'll be back!

I had long and thick hair and I always wore it in a ponytail or bun, I wanted to wear it down but just to much trouble and time. My daughter recommended Serena at the J.C. Penny salon in Eden Prairie. I am so happy with my new look, she is awesome. On top of being so very nice she is so experienced and knew exactly what I was looking for and was on point. It was a bad experience. I took my 11 year old son for hair cut. He asked for specific hair cut, which stylist said cannot do. She said can do only basic hair cut. We agreed due to time constraint to book another appointment elsewhere. Hair cut was very bad. It was do uneven . We never faced this experience at any other place. Had to give 1star as there was no zero option.

Was made to pay $35 for kids hair cut. Was told that our hair stylist is some kind of master hair stylist and will not accept any coupons ? Also not satisfied with end result.

This is regarding Kids Back to School EventPlease update your website or offer the customer what you have mentioned on the website . If JCP salons are unable to do these at least inform the customer that JC Penny Salon cost $25 for the hair cut even though $12 is mentioned on website and some time in ADVANCE , so that they can plan accordingly and don’t waste their precious time coming there.P.S - I booked an appointment a week before scheduled time someone could have informed me.

Took my sister while in town for a trim, Bob to Pixie. She was thrilled with Megan's cut and attention to detail. Reasonably priced, full service, clean and professional. Other staff friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Called was told to hold. I sat and listened to personal conversation among employees after waiting to long and listening to things I care not to hear I hung up. Horrible service

completely ignored my requests from the beginning. me and my stylist julie set a length it shouldnt have been cut lower than and then proceeded to chop it 5 inches shorter than that. i had long curly hair down the middle of my back and now its too my shoulders. even after i shared my insecurities about me already losing hair and it taking YEARS. to grow. dissapointed and upset. Fid not even style hair blew dried my my mixed curly hair with extreme heat and zero care or products. have used this salon plenty times and love dthe outcome i dont know if its just this specific stylist or over all expectations for their workers. definitely will nit be calm oer easy in one of their chairs againServices: Haircut

Dont waste your time and money at eden praire paid for the overly expensive so called master cut. did not do one thing I asked them to do $50.00 and the end with there hand out for more ,looked like a bowl cut.I called had another stylist she put the blame on me good thing hair grows will never go back would give zero stars if i could would be nice if the contacted me about a refund.Service: Haircut

Laurie has been my stylist for over 12 years. I first found her when I needed a color correction. The correction turned out better then I could have ever imagined. Laurie has been my main stylist ever since. Anytime I’ve had my haircut anywhere else, it never measures up to the quality of Laurie’s work. I have always been very satisfied with every haircut and/or color. Laurie also has great customer service and is very friendly. I would highly recommend Laurie!

Absolutely horrible never ending experience. Was at salon for a cut, stylist said she could quote and do color as well. Quoted $300 for color and 3 hours. Was there for 6 hours and was out $430 when done. Hair was crunchy and thought it was product she had put in my hair so I went home and showered and my hair was so dry and fried. My hair has never been this texture in my life and I have had my hair colored multiple times a year for over 20 years. I called four times in a week and was told the manager was not there or was booked and busy. Manager said she only got one of my messages but did call me back a week later. At that point I had had my hair cut by another salon to fix as the cut was not at all what I asked for. Wanted to keep length and she took 4in off and gave me zero layers and two straight hairs in the front that are supposed to be curtain bangs. I had to do 3 deep conditioning treatments and my hair is still not the same. I cannot straighten my hair because the texture is so bad now. Manager said she could not authorize full refund because of the amount so to let her speak with her supervisor and call me back. Another week has gone by now and received a call and they want to refund me $60….$60 of $430 for completely damaged hair? Are you serious!? Called corporate back, I will not be letting this go until I get my money back.Services: Haircut

I scheduled an appointment online with Megan for a wash and a cut/ trim. It was my first time at the JCPenney salon and Megan was welcoming, friendly and very caring and gentle. She listened to my concerns and took her time washing and trimming my hair, my hair looks great! Megan actually evened out my layers from a previous cut to blend in nicely. She never once snagged my ears while combing through my long hair which has happened frequently in the past! I would definitely schedule a cut with her again! Great experience!Service: Haircut
