Everyone working there is obviously passionate about kids and the toys that they love to play with - I've never been steered wrong! My favorite orders are the ones that I call ahead and send our driver to pick up. The staff always has a great time putting together options for me, based on age, gender, and preferences of the child(ren) in question. Don't forget to budget time for them to wrap the gifts in their signature wrapping paper! They always do a great job, and it is so much fun to see the requester's eyes light up as you hand over a beautifully packaged toy or craft for their kids to take to a birthday party.
