Some of my returns are via “Happy Returns,” a wonderful service provided by UPS. I just initiate the return online and drop the item at UPS. No packaging, no shipping, and no charge. Service here is excellent.

Arrived 10 minutes before close and was told by young blonde kid I couldnt ship anything out today because they are about to close. So I guess they close at 6:20 instead of 6:30… he was kind, but should have let me ship it.
