This is my go-to nail place and i usually LOVE it but today I went and ended up being there for two hours. I went for a full acrylic set and multiple people had their nails started and finished before I even had polish on mine. My nail esthetician left the station countless times during my service, including walking out the door and texting. I’m very frustrated as I always go here and haven’t had a problem like this, and I left unsatisfied but simply just wanted to leave.

I’ve been getting my nails done at Venice for 5 years now and can positively say it is the best nail salon in the area! The staff is super friendly and great at what they do! Clean spa, fantastic services and always so timely as well! Literally the best can’t say enough good stuff about this place!

My mom got her nails done with dip powder and they did such an amazing job! I also got a pedicure and my nails look so cute. They were fast and very well done, we are so satisfied and happy.

I see Jessie for a basic
dip and she’s awesome! Fast, detailed, GENTLE, careful and makes sure the dip doesn’t end up too thick looking.

I have generally had a good experience but after my last gel mani, I’m pretty disappointed. I went and got my nails done just a little over a week ago and the gel polish is already lifting and chipping. Pretty bummed.
