We had the MOST INCREDIBLE service at the Eden Prairie Verizon Store with Lexi! She was knowledgeable about devices, service, & promos. We left with 4 upgraded devices instead of the one. In addition we had the accessories in hand at check out. She was patient with all of our questions. She stayed past her shift to help us & ensure everything worked properly. Very unhappy with my Verizon experience. Checked their coverage map before starting service with them but there’s been an “outage” in my area everyday. I’m constantly in SOS or 1 bar in my neighborhood and the customer support has been useless. The agent the sold me my plan also told me he was giving me all these free additions, I said I didn’t want them but he insisted I add these free promotion to my account but I was charged for all of them.

Grady did a fantastic job transferring my service from my old service to Verizon
