“I have always taken my animals to both the Bloomington and eden prairie location. I cannot say enough good things, they have always taken care of us. I will say this was the first visit we had Abby at the Eden prairie location I believe she was the doctor’s assistant and wow I cannot express how thankful I am that she was there. She was so kind and so professional she made me and my family feel so much comfort during a scary time. Her confidence and kindness made the entire appointment less stressful. Brining your pet in can sometimes be the scariest moments, my daughter loves this lizard and she came in crying and scared and left smiling and relieved. She said “mom I want to be like her when I grow up” and our bearded dragon is home and healthy!!! Thank you!!”
“I was initially skeptical about Banfield’s payment plan, but it ended up working out really well for me. When my kitty hurt her knee, the yearly plan actually saved me money, and I was also able to get her teeth cleaned later on. The staff is always kind and even calls to check in after visits, which I really appreciate.
The highlight of the Eden Prairie location is Dr. Woelfle. She is one of the sweetest and most caring veterinarians I’ve worked with and takes the time to clearly explain everything to pet owners. I’m moving out of state and will truly miss having her as my vet.”

“Due to the USAF I have had to move around a lot and have had many different vet clinics over the years. This one is my favorite. It is clean, fresh smelling, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Appointments are always on time and the way they schedule it you are never dealing with lots of other animals in the waiting room. You walk in and you go straight into your own room. Staff is very friendly and the Vet Techs and Doctors are knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough.”
