When you call they keep you waiting for at least 20 to 40 minutes which is insane.

Staff there are smart and know what they are talking about. They truly care about all of their customers. They will remember who you are. They are very pet friendly people. I wish I could say everything there is to say about them. My parents have been going there since it opened. If you have ever been there and were not happy, remember they are people too with family and problems just like the rest of us. You may have caught them on a bad day.

Pharmacy hours are incorrect. They should update them online. It’s a waste of people’s time to dive to the location to find out they are closed.

I went to this location today to pick up a photobook I ordered online. As soon as I found the photo worker, who of course was not at the photo desk, I remembered a previous distasteful experience with him when I tried to get a passport photo. I remember him actually seeing me at the counter and hiding in the back room, because I think he didn't know how to do a passport photo?Anyway, today he was unable to find the photo book that I had ordered and paid for online, that I had gotten an email that it was ready for pickup at YES, this store, I have the correct location. I asked for the manager or at least another worker to help him find it, but he said that he is the manager (!)Anyway, it was just a six dollar small photo book I had paid for with a half price coupon, so I just left, and decided I would te-order it for pickup at a different Walgreens, probably the Chanhassen one.

I use walgreens primarily for the film developing aspect, because I'm not old enough to buy antacid or whatever old people buy at walgreens. I shoot on film not in the old people way but in the young and hip people way. However, walgreens is so bad at developing film. I went to drop of my film about an hour before Walgreens closed and the guy who was working at the photo part basically said, "we can't do this right now. Come back tomorrow." They don't develop the film in house, they send it away, and the process to do so is short--so I'm not quite sure why I couldn't just drop it off that night. I came back the next morning anyways, though. Then it took them like 2 weeks and they never even called or texted me that it was done--I had to call THEM. Then I picked it up and said my name, and they proceeded to only give me half of my photos, which I only realized until I got home--so I had to drive all the way BACK. I hate this Walgreens. Seriously. And the photos were not developed nicely anyways--if you are looking to develop film, just send it into The DarkRoom. Quick turnaround, nice photos, you get your negatives back, and you don't have to deal with walgreens.

Very rude customer service at the store. The middle-age long-haired brown woman is the rudest person I ever met in my life

A nightmare of a location. Extremely busy with a 20-40 minute hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy. If the Walgreens app actually worked and their customer service staff knew what they were doing, a phone call wouldn't be necessary. The hold music is interrupted every 22 seconds with a horrible computer voice that says they are busy assisting other customers. Enough to drive you insane!

Horrible location. Ordered photos. Photos we OWN that were taken by a friend. They have no water marks on them... we own these photos. We literally have a signed document already saying this since she is doing photos for our wedding in the fall. My fiancé walked up to pick them up and immediately was flashed some document we needed to have the photographer sign since they "were clearly professional and we didn't own them/weren't allowed to print them." My fiancé was so taken aback by this he just left. I called and spoke to the manager who apparently is the jacka** that was so rude to my fiancé. First he tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then tried to tell me that my fiancé was the one that said we didn't own them... LIES. I called my friend and she laughed. She takes photos for people she doesn't know - professional ones and NEVER has this happened to her in the 10 years she's been taking photos. She even laughed and was like who do they even want to sign it?! There is no watermark on the photos because they are YOURS!?!? So all in all this location sucks. They lie. And they go out of your way to refuse you service. Part of me wanted to just sign the documents myself and go back in but at this point I don't want to even give this company my business. Corporate was contacted. Clearly there is an issue with this location based on the other reviews. Hopefully Walgreens does something about this!!!! Will never print photos with Walgreens again. Already ordered them and picked them up at target with ZERO issues!!!!

I was in this location this morning and could NOT believe how RUDE the "manager" was to me. I have NEVER seen anyone act so rude to a customer. Our Walgreens in CA has the loveliest people...NOT HERE! I would NEVER recommend going to this location. If Walgreens corp doesn't do something about the caliber of employee they have working in this specific location, I wouldn't patronize Walgreens at all. I felt an obligation to report this CREEP manager, and felt it was my responsibility to write a Yelp review. Obviously there is a problem with employees attitudes. They better do something here or HELLO CVS!! Signed, a SHOCKED "customer".

Have had a few problems with Walgreen's. This summer they could not fill a prescription, due to a national storage. Unknown to me: they called the doctor to get the prescription changed to one they had in stock. I went in to pickup it up and ask questions about it (ie. side effects, etc). The extremely rude arrogant pharmacist said with thick accent "hey mon the doctor knows what he's doing, don't ask questions" and refused to answer any questions. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT ORDER AND DID NOT WANT THE NEW PERSCRIPTION. However, THEY STILL CHARGED INSURANCE. After checking I found the the new drug had side effects that would aggravate the condition it was supposed to treat!!! Checked and found out both CVS and Walmart still had a supply of the drug (Walgreens was out of stock), I filled it without insurance for $8 with a coupon CVS Target gave me. This Walgreen's was very slow removing the charge from insurance for the unfilled new drug, it took a trip into the store, and several more weeks; so I could not use insurance!! It appears Walgreen's cares more about revenue than people. Have had many problems with refills from their email based refill software. Could go on and on. When you call Walgreen's to try and straighten out the email orders one sits for a long time in voicemail system listening to commercials!! According to one doctor, Walgreen's is the most expensive place to fill prescriptions! She told me about Walmart and CVS coupons.
