Huge waste of time using this pharmacy. Very bad communication with doctors and providers. It is a huge waste of time going here when every other pharmacy can actually function and this one apparently cannot function. Doctor approved prescriptions not getting filled in timely manner and all they have is excuses. Avoid this place by all means- I am done using them, they do not know how to use their own databases and are slow and unorganized and just a sad mess of people who can barely keep the pharmacy running due to incompetence

2nd review: This Walgreens has significantly improved since early 2024. The staff is fairly friendly and the drive through time is quick. I absolutely LOVE the text updates when my prescription is ready. Glad to see this pharmacy is improving.

This pharmacy is horrible...DO NOT USE. They never have anything in stock, do not communicate to customers, can't find Rx's in system, it is a mess. This has happened on numerous occasions. Although it is blocks from our house. We will never use again, not worth the hassle and often times as I stated earlier, they do not even have the item in stock or if it is, is never available when they say. Very poorly run.

Made us wait over 20 minutes at the window while they helped 4 people who had just walked up. On top of everything they didn't have my prescription ready after sending me an email and a phone call saying it was ready. Total wait time over 30 minutes to not get my prescription.

My husband walked in for a flu shot after we checked the website, which said either walk ins or appointments for vaccines were okay. The pharmacy told him he needed an appointment for a flu shot, and when my husband pointed to signs in the store that said you could walk in for a flu shot, they still turned him away. Considering we're headed into flu season while still in a pandemic, it doesn't seem responsible to turn walk ins for flu shots away, especially when you advertise the convenience of no appointment needed.

A couple of great people at the pharmacy. Otherwise slow, rude, and not enough help. And been ignored at the counter. The two stars are for the couple of people that are good. Heather. Nick and Eric the pharmacist. They are the only reason I keep going there.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. It’s really close to my house, but every time I get something filled here, it is a huge debacle. In the future, I will save time by driving to a pharmacy that is farther away.

Apparently they can’t tell time and don’t open until they feel like it, not according to posted hours. Super frustrating

Horrible customer service. Was denied using my rewards and wasn't able to get a refund on a an item that was double scanned. Was heard being talked about as I left the store.
