The red head teller lady takes her sweet time to turn a 2min prescription pick up in 8-10 mins. The other tellers arnt as slow. Nice lady but she is slow. Give her a different task!!!

I have just been discharged from the hospital. I was having problems applying a prescription the hospital had given me. I was in tears from gratitude when leaving the store. The help was above and beyond. The kindness and help was a true gift of the Lord. Thank You Thank You

I was in the area for just the morning before needing to head out on a road trip and realized I had forgotten my prescription. The pharmacy staff were so nice and called my home pharmacy and filled it quickly for me. If I lived in the area I would absolutely use this pharmacy!

The worst pharmacy customer service. Mona in the drive thru needs to rethink her career choice. She was extremely rude when I asked her to check if my sick child’s prescription was waiting to be entered, it was an hour to closing time. I needed to make sure I had enough time for the physician to resend it if it hadn’t arrived, my baby had a bad ear infection and was miserable in my backseat. I did not want to bring her in, it is a “full service” drive-thru. She flat out refused, said she can’t while I’m sitting here in the drive thru and refused to let me talk to the pharmacist. She walked away and went up to a customer with a dog without turning off her mic and was offering to give the dog treats instead of helping me. I said, you have time to give a dog a treat but not check for my kids prescription? And she threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave the drive thru. Awful person and awful business

A double-disaster. Spent 55 minutes at the store trying to take advantage of the "convenience" and speed of their curbside pick-up and the prepay options, both of which failed. Despite confirmation, curbside pick-up order could not be found. Took 40 minutes to sort this out. Then I was double-charged at the pharmacy for a prepaid order. The entire process was a mess.

I have never entered any Walgreens, until today and let me tell you service was welcoming and radiated calm energy. The service meaning staff and the well-maintained store. I had questions regarding deals on supplies, and the staff helped me with everything! I plan on coming back to this store!

Don’t use their pharmacy. This is the 3rd time they have “lost” my insurance information and have had to make me call my insurance agency. The other two times I have been able to sort it out, but on a Saturday I am left with no medication (THAT I NEED) and no way to correct the situation. And I’m not paying almost 200$ for a medication that should be no more than 15$.

This poor review is directed at one person only. We have been coming to this pharmacy for 5 years and it's always been a pleasant experience. All of the employees have always been very nice to deal with until today. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with "Terese" the pharmcasit on the phone today and it was the most obnoxious and unprofessional phone call I have ever had with a pharmacy. Clearly, she hates her job. I wanted to let them know that we would be picking up our prescriptions on the 30th, 11 days away. She was complaining she couldn't hear me, fair enough that happens sometimes with cell phones. But she heard me enough to say she was going to cancel the prescription and we could order it later. I told her No I did not want her to do that, apparently she heard that too. We did not want to do that because I wasn't sure what that would entail and if we' have to go back through our doctors again, which took a long time the first time. We waited over two weeks to get this to go through, I just needed them to know we were coming to get it later. It has NEVER been an issue before until this pharmacist got on the phone. I felt bullied to come get the prescription now and we had valid reasons why we were putting that off. I think Terese should consider a career change

Wish it could be negative review. Three times we've gotten the wrong meds, this most recent mistake was shorting us two entire days of antibiotics... And trying to get someone on the phone to fix these problems takes over 20 minutes and usually the call just times out and disconnects. Worst walgreens ever.
