The worst pharmacy customer service. Mona in the drive thru needs to rethink her career choice. She was extremely rude when I asked her to check if my sick child’s prescription was waiting to be entered. She flat out refused, said she can’t while I’m sitting here in the drive thru and refused to let me talk to the pharmacist. She walked away and went up to a customer with a dog without turning off her mic and was offering to give the dog treats instead of helping me. I said, you have time to give a dog a treat but not check for my kids prescription? And she threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave the drive thru. Awful person and awful business

Bad bad bad. Every experience is a hot mess. This place is a bottle neck. Horrible company. Done with Walgreens. 2 hour hold time just to talk to someone regarding errors this pharmacy makes.

Been on hold 10 Min with the pharmacy then it’s starts ringing and ringing and no one answers. I finally hang up and call back. Someone comes on after 10 Min to say the wait time is 25 min. Terrible terrible customer service! At this Eden Prairie, Mn Walgreens pharmacy!

I called this morning looking for a specific item. In the phone prompts it asked what I was looking for. I told the prompt "first aid" and it directed me to the pharmacy. After 15 minutes waiting on hold, someone finally picked up. Pharmacy had told me they needed to transfer me to the front of the store. I said okay and was placed back on hold. Not 1 but 3 different times I was placed back on hold and to no avail, transferred BACK to pharmacy. The kind pharmacist then helped me find what I was looking for a held the product at her counter until I was able to arrive (only a few minutes away as I was at another pharmacy trying to find said product). When I arrived, 2 managers were standing at the front of the store talking about their weekend. I approached them and asked if it was appropriate to keep a customer on hold for 30 minutes. When they asked if I was waiting to speak to someone in pharmacy, I had told them no! I was waiting to speak with you (management)! He mentioned not knowing about it.Well as a manager, how completely ignorant of you to not hear multiple phone calls or even your sales associates to not answer the phone.Feedback for today, if your product is ON THE FLOOR and not in pharmacy, then the MANAGER OR ASSOCIATES ON THE FLOOR are responsible to answer those calls. I NEVER should have spent 30 minutes on the phone or be transferred back to pharmacy multiple times when THEY HANDLE MEDICATIONS NOT STORE PRODUCT!!! Change the phone prompts and be responsible for your phone calls.Thank you again to the kind pharmacist for her help when the pharmacy was packed, yet the store was empty.LAZY management.

I went in to get passport photos done. There was a couple who was getting their photos done, which was fine, I didn’t mind waiting. A different associate, who was not in photo, did ask what I was waiting on and I said passport photos. The photo lady did not address me for over 15 minutes as she did the other photos- even a kind hello and an estimate of how long I would be waiting would have been nice. She just left me standing there, and she knew I was waiting.I explained to her what I needed from my passport photos- the country I needed the photos for and that I needed digital photos as that’s what was required. She did give me a usb with the photos on them with a printed copy.I went to upload the photos and they were not accepted as they were too small of a file. I called and waited for about 10 minutes to speak with someone, as I called with the prompt photo and then it rang and rang and then it booted me to the front. The lady simply said “I can’t help you, I have to transfer you to photo”. I said “that was the prompt I said but no one picked up so it routed me here”. Very curt lady. Finally spoke to photo and they told me they would be able to fix my photo sizing issue. Then I got to the store and I explained again to the associate what I needed and then suddenly a “manager” shows up and the associate said “this is the passport photo lady”, referring to me. The “manager” Jamie says that they can’t fix the photo size- I asked for the photos to be retaken. I just wanted them to try to rectify the situation, and she refused. That’s all I wanted. She did refund my money but all in all wasted over an hour of my time.I also called corporate about this giving feedback on the fact that they’re offering services that don’t actually fulfill all the passport requirements that they say they can do. It didn’t lead to anythingRegardless the way in which management handles their customers at this location needs to be fixed. I understand there’s probably a staffing issue but you can still be kind and communicate.I won’t return to this specific location for the near future.

Whenever I need to call in to get a prescription filled its almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. Wait times of 20+ minutes to get on the phone and no callback optionAnd whoever thought it was a great idea to have a robot lady interrupt the holding music to constantly spam "We're sorry, all of our staff are busy, we'll be with you shortly" every 20 seconds or so... It definitely wasn't.

A wonderful nurse named Katie in the Pharmacy informed me that the Covid testing kits are still good 90 days after their expiration date & she graciously sent me the MDH link to order more free kits!!! She truly cares about everyone’s health & wellbeing!!! Katie’s the best!!!

Walgreens experience was pretty smooth. This place was not busy. I had no waiting for pharmacy section and was assisted there within very short period of time. Also I found at Walgreens at no time the little battery for wrist watches. This place delivered.
