This Walgreens really does have a "neighborhood feel." Pharmacists are knowledgeable, and personable. The store has a small footprint which makes it easy to navigate and shop. Very grateful for the high quality customer service I receive from this store.

Another hour on hold!!! Hire more ppl. I don’t even know what to say about this place anymore. Are you guys not able to hire any more staff. Today I stood in line for 30 minutes and the employees just walk back and forth doing nothing. And jeez they are slow. Does corporate read these, cause there need to be changes at this location. There is no urgency. Next time I want to be like, do y’all need help, cause I’ll come back there and help? Worst phanrmacy ever.

I order items online at the Eden Prairie Walgreens for pickup. When I picked up the items and returned home, I discovered the Walgreens’ employee gave me the incorrect items. When I returned to the store to exchange the items for the correct items I ordered, I was asked for my driver’s license. I complied but I thought this is strange. Walgreens’ employee screwed up my order and I have to provide my drivers license? I understand Walgreens wants you to think they are preventing fraud, but they are collecting your personal data to sell or for other nonsensical reasons. Whatever the reason, I will not be returning to Walgreens. They are the ones that should be investigated for fraud.
Kristen Bridgeman, store manager , handled my return and she was extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable.

Don't waste your time with this location, pharmacy is pretty bad, they have no sense if urgency whatsoever. It should not take this long to fill meds. Will never use this location ever again.

Waiting on the phone for 45 minutes to fill a perscription. Save yourself time and find a different phramacy. This location is always barren, help is near impossible to find. Overall a terrible experience, if you really want a retail pharmacy, go to CVS around the corner, they atleast know how to staff people and pick up a phone.

Their prescription refill turnaround is about 1 week, which for a pharmacy is subpar. Not acceptable with time sensitive medications. Will be looking for a different pharmacy stat.

Do not take your Covid test here. Go to your doctor instead. I had a Covid test done and never received my results. I was charged 19.99. I visited in person about the results and was told they couldn’t give me the results. This needs to be investigated. Walgreens is taking people money and not giving the results.
