Their prescription refill turnaround is about 1 week, which for a pharmacy is subpar. Not acceptable with time sensitive medications. Will be looking for a different pharmacy stat.

Kind staff. I wish the pharmacy was open a tad longer, but instead of getting frustrated I'll just plan my day better.

Do not take your Covid test here. Go to your doctor instead. I had a Covid test done and never received my results. I was charged 19.99. I visited in person about the results and was told they couldn’t give me the results. This needs to be investigated. Walgreens is taking people money and not giving the results.

I made the mistake of getting a Covid test done here at Eden Prairie location. I never received my results. The lady in pharmacy did not want to give my receipt until I asked. If you want to be tested for Covid, do not come to Walgreens, just go to your doctor. Walgreens will take your money and never give you the results. And they told me that your insurance would not reimburse but it’s not true. Some insurances will reimburse for Covid test.

I am happy to report that the pharmacy staff (nurse, clerk and pharmacist) although very busy today, were professional, friendly and helpful in getting my prescription filled even though there was an insurance hang-up. I went to a different Walgreens a month ago for 3 recent vaccines and was finished in less than 30 minutes. I am aware that there are significant work-related issues between employees and management at Walgreens and CVS nationally/locally, but want to acknowledge that the pharmacy staff at both Eden Prairie Walgreens are professional and are doing the very best they know how and succeeding. Thanks to Ross and the rest of the crew. Appreciatively, JRS

Prescriptions never filled anywhere close to promise times given by the staff. Prescriptions often "lost in system", "delayed", or out of stock with no updates given regarding status. The only way to get anything done is through constantly calling and reminding them you're still waiting. This has been happening for years at this location.

Staff make you feel very uncomfortable. Went in for a passport photo and had to endure the employee raging on and on about current politics. He was very angry and agitated the whole time. Regardless of your political affiliation the employee being angry and going on and on about politics while you are patiently waiting for the passport photos to be processed is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Had to endure it for 15-20 min until the photos were done. I suggest Walgreens offer some anger management courses for their employees. Also there is no information about the passport photo pricing. You are just shocked when you check out and discover how much they charge.Prices in general at Walgreens keep going up and up and up. Far quicker than other retailers and even other pharmacies. With Walmart across the street and Cub only one block away there are other retailers with far better prices for any items that you would need at Walgreens.

Scheduled an appointment for a vaccination online and it gave me an option for Sunday. Got everything ready showed up and nobody was there. Apparently the pharmacy is closed on Sundays, but the website still lets you schedule appointments on that day.

Im not rating the entire store just my experience with a pharmacist and misinformation given to me. A pharmacist previously told me I could pick up my med on Saturday or Sunday. I pay 30 dollars to take a Lyft from Minneapolis on Monday to get there. When I arrive they tell me that now I can’t pick it up until Tuesday. They gave me misinformation and wasted my time and my money because a pharmacist told me I would be able to pick them up. When another says I can’t. The lady pharmacist who told me I couldn’t pick them gave me the stink eye and said that next time if I wanted it early I needed to get it approved by my doctor. Which my doctor and insurance did approve the early refill. It made no sense. I’ve never had an issue getting early refills on this med with Walgreens until this specific pharmacist. Huge waste of time and money because of the misinformation they gave me. Will have to spend more money tomorrow just to get there and back again. Extremely disappointed.

I wouldn't normally rate this so low but a recent circumstance warrants it. A loved one was diagnosed with Covid and I came here to pick up his prescription for paxlovid and the pharmacy was closed at 11am, on a Sunday. Not for lunch but for the whole day. So I call this morning to see when they open. They don't. It's a holiday. Look, everyone deserves time off but this is a pharmacy, not an accounting firm or a print shop. People are trying to pick up prescriptions sent here. It's not like there is an option to go pick up the meds somewhere else. It's prescribed medication, not over the counter. They should at least have some limited hours.

Worst of all time customer service. The so-called manager on duty ignored us for good 20 minutes around 8:00 pm, while there were NO customers at the store, we requested help related to photo printing service and after 20 minutes we walked out and joined Walmart. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closed for good like the other locations across the country.
