I received a call from this location informing that my generic-brand prescription would be available for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up the following day the clerk told me the generic-brand was unavailable and they have not received generic for over a month. I'm not sure if there was a mixup on generic vs name brand but it's incredibly frustrating when the price difference goes from $60 to $200 on top of having to call my doctor to change pharmacies. I unfortunately won't be relying on this neighborhood Walgreens for future prescriptions.

Just there to pick up a FedEx package. Incredibly rude staff. Acted like I was interrupting their day. SO
glad this is not my normal Walgreens.

The WORST PHARMACY EVER! I have called them 6 times and have been disconnected EVERY TIME! They need clean up shop and get it figured out. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they’re currently operating as they are.

The slowest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. No matter what time of day I go, whether at the drive thru or in store, it’s a minimum of 20 minutes to wait. And please fix your drive thru speaker.

This pharmacy is horrible...DO NOT USE. They never have anything in stock, do not communicate to customers, can't find Rx's in system, it is a mess. This has happened on numerous occasions. Although it is blocks from our house. We will never use again, not worth the hassle and often times as I stated earlier, they do not even have the item in stock or if it is, is never available when they say. Very poorly run.

We have been waiting on a prescription for five days. Several others before this also took several days, but this has been the worst. We will not be using this Walgreens again unless they can improve their pharmacy.

Made us wait over 20 minutes at the window while they helped 4 people who had just walked up. On top of everything they didn't have my prescription ready after sending me an email and a phone call saying it was ready. Total wait time over 30 minutes to not get my prescription.

This pharmacy is 100% the worst. The staff is rude and uninformed. Unorganized. Incompetent at best. Blows my mind they go to school so long to perform this poorly. I’ve literally called while in the store and waited on hold as I watched the staff sit around doing NOTHING.

Walgreens Corp. is currently spending money to remodel this facility yet still won't provide enough funds to fully staff the place. Pharmacy was closed again due to short staffing. staff members are great though.
