Very POOR customer service. Electronics clerk rushing me to decide on merchandise when you can't see details of it. Bossy, no thank you's from her. Very Rude!!

The Eden Prairie Walmart entire store needs updating and get new carts. The store is filthy dirty and disorganized and no one is ever at customer service when you need someone. I will drive to Shakopee location because it is clean, organized and had lots of selections. Walmart reorganize your dirty outdated stores starting at Eden Prairie, MN and get nicer carts.

*****Absolutely avoid at all costs!****We ordered a cake and cupcakes weeks in advance for our son's birthday party and received our order confirmations. The day before the party, we received two notices that our orders had been canceled allegedly "due to supplies or technical issues."We called Walmart customer service and even they could not get answers from the bakery. We were essentially told that we are just out of luck with hours left before the birthday party. Absolutely unconscionable customer service. Do NOT give them your business under any circumstances.

I would not recommend ordering from the bakery at Walmart Eden Praire. I ordered a 1st birthday cake weeks in advance and received an email the day prior that it was "cancelled for technical difficulties" I attempted to reach them by phone all day but no one every answered.

This store sucks. I have waited so long to get my groceries only for onions to be bad and other produce to be bad. Shoppers don't care about quality, but I guess it's wal-mart

This is the 2nd time I've been kicked out for having my service dog with me. This time they told me my 12lb dog couldn't be in the cart. The managers at this store needs to look into this. My dog is registered to be with me so I can shop. I'm done with this location. The other locations don't mind him being in the cart so I can pet him while I shop to help my anxiety .

The blonde gal at customer service counter needs to cut back on her drug consumption and comb her hair. She was all over the other two gals, who obviously knew how to return items, making us wait for over 10 minutes in line to return one item. Wouldn't make eye contact with anyone, flitting around like she owned the place, but never got anything done. I tossed my item on the counter and left. It was clear she wasn't focused on letting anyone help me - or anyone else at that point. Here's a tip: make sure you can do your job if you decide to blow that much coke before going to work. Wish I could have worked with the other customer service girls, they knew their jobs.

Been here two times and each time it's been the absolute WORST experience ever. The shorts I was purchasimy were on clearance but didn't have a sticker I still scanned them a worker came over to check if I scanned them, when I assured I did she pretty much called me a liar and rescanned them. There were plenty of other people she could have worried about scanning carts full of stuff. The store is terribly stocked and not clean. The staff are rude and I will never shop here again.. worst Walmart I've been so. shame on you.

I had a terrible interaction with employee 'Rihana', when I asked for help reaching for some produce since I was too short to reach, she laughed as she reached for me. She then proceeded to throw the items in the cart leaving them bruised and dented. She then said 'are you happy now?' as she turned around and walked off laughing and muttering in a different language. I've never felt so ashamed and embarrassed, please do better :/.

Still my favorite Walmart. Bright, organized, clean and plenty of selections. And as with all Walmarts I just love that the parking lot is numbered so you can easily locate your car after shopping!

I have a question on shipping but nobody answered the phone. I tried several times over two days and different times to call both the online shipping department and the operator.

Very clean. However, I could not find anyone to help me. When I asked a Walmart person, who was in the cosmetics if she might be able to help me- she stood and stared at me. I have never been to a store with such rude workers. I approached yet another Walmart person and she also stared at me and did not help me. Unbelievably rude. I left with nothing. I will never EVER go back there again.

This store has gotten much better. Still like Shakopee store better but this store is close. Hired more cashiers, self checkouts now OK. Less empty shelves lately. Now more staff to run store than a year ago. This store improving. Can now check stock of items online at all Walmart stores, I find out, item stock, and location before leaving home.. NICE!
