I have visited your Eden Prairie store about six times in the past year and each time it has not been a good experience. The staff does not seem to care and is very unapproachable. In addition, your wait time in the customer service line is consistently slow! I want to make your store my choice because of geography but I choose other options because of the very lackluster experience that is a consistent theme. I hope you are able to find a way to make things better because I am willing to give it another try.

We love this place. The cakes are so fresh and so delicious and the service is always fantastic!

Kim at the customer service desk was a rockstar helping me with a botched return at the Roseville location. She had so much empathy--made me have a little more faith in humanity. She deserves a raise and recognition. When I shop at Walmart, it will be at the Eden Prairie location.

Went thru the cashiers line and found they hadn't credited me for two coupons ($6 value). Stopped at customer service for refund to credit card. When statement came I found the credit but also an additional charge for 3.58 which I had not made.

It's a standard Walmart. Not much else to say there. They have everything you need and then some. Most of the stuff you need is always in stock. It's a large store with ample parking. Honestly, the worst part of this store are the strange people you run into and the terrible customer service. Today while I was trying to redeem a coupon on self checkout, a worker was trying to help me to redeem and then eventually after trying, she directed me to the customer service desk to try to redeem it. That would have been fine, but after she did that, she walked away and didn't void my checkout so I could get on with my life and out of Walmart. I didn't want the item unless the coupon was used. I stood there for a couple mins waiting for her because she had went to help another customer - but she was still working with them and weren't able to help me void my order. Not sure why she didn't void it before helping someone else - after all, she hadn't finished helping me yet ! I ended up leaving and letting them deal with voiding it since I didn't have time to wait around any longer.

Yes, this is Walmart! This one is very clean, well lit, and bright (maybe because they have white floors?) and I found everything I was looking for. The associates were helpful, I was looking for a Ziploc Steambag, and when I couldn't find it...a very nice associate located one for me. So very happy! There's a nice self-checkout, that's very organized like the one at Target. Wow! And this is Walmart? I'm impressed! I'll be back!

If half stocked, items that are never in the right place, and rude staff is a place to shop then this is the place to be. A family member of mine refuses to go to this Walmart because whenever we go in a handful of items that we want are not there. Not to mention the multiple times that I check out and see a completely different price then what I thought. I mean yeah, I could spend my time making sure the item I want is in the correct spot check the item with the price sticker thing but after continuously doing that it doubles your shopping time. I just find it to be real inconvenient. I'll be standing in an isle for an extra 5 minutes just trying to see how much an item is. I understand not everyone enjoys their job but for the love of god, at least pretend like you do. I was trying to get an item from a locked cage in electronics -- terrible mistake. There was an old man working in that area. Side note - elders are the last people that should be working in electronics. Anyways, he went into the photography section and I tried to get his attention by saying "excuse me" and "sir" and he didn't hear me. I believe I shouldn't yell to get a workers attention so I didn't. I just waited. And waited. And waited... for a good 5 minutes. I started to look around to see if there we any other employees in this section and I found someone walking towards a backroom. To sum things up, he told me "that's not my problem." Seriously?!? That's honestly the worst thing you could ever say to a customer. So after waiting more time I finally got my products. In addition, refuse to do anything but self check out because I don't want to be glared at or confused/unfriendly staff that knows little English. I think this store could be 10x better if employees did their job and not be lazy.

I went in to buy headlights for my car and they were out of the bulbs I wanted but the manager I talked with discounted the ones I got because of not having any in stock. Walmart, give this man a raise!

Walmart! What manager thinks it's ok to close all self checkouts, put people on registers that don't know what they are doing, and have a line of 18 people standing here? This is ridiculous! This Walmart is terrible not to mention they have rude staff who all speak to each other in other languages in front of you.

Walmart is the best place to grocery shop. They have a lot to choose from on-line and they make it easy for pick up! :-)

Just don't bother. Walmart has been on my "do not" list for years after a bad experience at this same store. They listed in stock a carpet cleaner that is simply only available at Walmart and the manufacturer...well wanted it quickly...so took the chance and once again confirmed the lack of customer service or 20th century technology. Did an order to be picked up in store...they charge your cc without even confirming that it is in stock..no follow up email..nothing...before going I checked again and found it listed as out of stock...again not sure if I got the last one and should expect to get confirmation to pick up but finally just cancelled the order which I found out had been cancelled within minutes of placing the order last night. Again zero communication. The store is gross...don't go and don't bother ordering anything for pick up because they probably don't have it and don't inform you. NEVER AGAIN.

Once an OK (not good) store years ago), now the pits. Poorly stocked, only 1 real checkout, self serve checkouts that often hang, have needed to return several items that were sold after being open, milk, juice etc. (employees drinking?) Too cheap to hire people needed to make store run. Lack of management. ======================== Recent visit. No small carts, store not well stocked. One checkout open (problems line not moving for 5 min), long line. Went to self checkout. Problems with self checkout, hung, kept asking for authorizations. Girl came, started pressing buttons, (did not understand problem) charged 1 item on my card. She spoke broken english, started running items again for me, DID NOT need help, she recharged items again. And then finally, I got her to removed duplicate charges. GO FRUSTRATED with her and the store. TOLD HER TO PUT ITEMS IN CART BACK on the SHELF!!! Left with a few needed items, shopping should of taken 5 min, was there for 30+ min OUT OF TIME!!! WILL AVOID THIS STORE WHEN POSSIBLE. THIS STORE IS THE PITS

It's Walmart people! What do you expect? This location was clean and I found everything I was looking for. The cashier who helped us was nice and started a quick conversation as he was ringing us up. A decent location. Better than the Walmart in Bloomington!

This is about my once a year trip to a Walmart, the only pairs of pants my son will wear are found here. And they are only found during back-to-school time. And by the way, they didn't even have the pants here at this time. Sigh. We continued with some school supply shopping and some grocery shopping. We did get everything off my sons school supply list and at prices I was happy with. One of the ladies that was stocking the school supply aisle was asked by an elderly man in one of Walmart's motorized wheelchairs if she could get him a new wheelchair because it was running out of electricity. I couldn't hear what she said but he was frowning and he kept rolling away from her. Another Walmart employee a few aisles away said "it looks like your wheelchair is running out of juice" and he again asked for help with the wheelchair. But she said they only have two motorized wheelchairs and there was nothing she could do. Our cashier just seem depressed: no greeting, no smiling, no interaction. It was all about what I expected, but still so sad to see.

Rude customer service. I feel like I'm in a third world when I go there and not in the mid-west.
