Props to Angelica and Gopa for keeping their calm while dealing with a couple of jerks. I would've lost my cool if I was on the clock and someone said to me "Your job is to deposit these, I don't need a [cuss] lecture". I can't imagine how many people like this they have to deal with on the daily. From another customer service worker, major respect for them!

Terrible customer service, when I told what I need the brand new cash for and I ask them if they have it they immediately say no I don't! & she went tell her so called manger was so rude act like I'm begging you for yours money. I just need brand new bills for my overseas trip. I don't remember this place and I would never go back. Never go to Praveena is her name .

Pleasant staff, but not uncommon to wait 30 minutes or better, independent of teller line or drive through. Today was a 25 minute wait with 3 cars in the drive through before me, with more than 10 minutes for my transaction - a couple of deposits.Definitely not the branch to visit if you're in any form of a rush. Likely would've been faster for me to drive to the Edina branch and back today.

Went online to find out how to get documents notarized and it said to call local branch. Called local branch and the recording said they are not allowed to answer calls. Wells Fargo is such a clown show. I just want to find out how to get documents notarized through my bank. Can't find a link to live chat with customer service nor a ink to sign up for an appointment at one of the branches.

It seems Wells Fargo business is doing great by the lines I have to wait in at the drive through. I am getting really tired of the COVID-19 excuses. Time to open all lane of four is not enough. Even cub food calls for more cashiers when they get busy. Horrible place thinking of switching.

Regarding the offer of a 90 day loan forbearance from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage: 2 days ago I spent 82 minutes waiting to speak with somebody about the consequences of my 90 day mortgage forebarence. I was informed by the WF representative that I would be able to put my payments at the end of my loan, but at the end of my repayment term a lump sum payment would be required. She was correct in suggesting that I cover the shortage by paying more each month as needed. In my case, if this information is accurate, I am fortunate. She also recommended keeping up with escrow payments (if you escrow property tax) if possible. Not paying your escrow will create a shortage in your escrow account, and your monthly payment will increase.I was lucky! But many borrowers won't have that option. What's worse is they aren't being informed of their specific repayment requirements! Wells Fargo wants us to make decisions without knowing the exact consequences. The website has listed 4 possible outcomes, but then basically says it will be up to them at the end of the 90 day forbearance. In my case, I would not have been able to pay 4 mortgage payments on July 1st. This is unrealistic, and would send most people into foreclosure. Before forbearance is granted, it is the bank's obligation to inform the customer of his/her individual repayment obligation, before the customer makes the decision. The time to find out isn't after the 90 day period. The ambiguous and non specific consequences given are inadequate. With the economy in a nosedive, the bank won't be eager to refinance anyone unless they have perfect credit, which will certainly be unlikely for borrowers in this predicament. Also, when in forebarence, payment can only me made in person at a bank (which, because of limits on hours and locations currently), which could require making an appointment if the drive through window cannot process the payment. I assume a check can also be sent in the mail My point is this: why is WF making it difficult for borrowers to make payments when their loan is in forebarence. This really looks bad. Calling WF HM isn't practical, as you will be waiting for at least an hour, just to pay your mortgage. WTF
