Not sure what all these 1 and 2 stars are about. Its probably personal problems being projected on these poor people... but anyways! My experience has been wonderful! Everyone has been so helpful, sweet, and very accommodating. All of my questions have been answered and I've had no issues. I've had so many problems at other banks and people who really just didn't care but these people definitely do. My auto loan was so easy to set up and everything is working great! I would recommend this place to anyone.

This credit union uses unfair practices to entrap customers money in order to charge more fees and interest! It shouldn't be legal and literally is kicking members while they're down, all for their own selfish purposes. They need a reality check about fair business practices! Stay far away from this bank!!!

You can't reach anyone to talk in person. I tried calling their main number, an 800 number and using chat on their website. Not able to reach a live person. I will be switching my accountI did see the reply from Wings. I did try both options and I was still unable to reach someone. I ended up calling a mortgage consultant to have her try to reach someone “live” for me. (I was not in need of anyone in the mortgage department, but they were the only ones that would answer a phone call) Funny story - she was unable to reach someone, but at least she did email an answer back to me later that day. I just feel this is poor customer service.

The Eden Prairie wings financial location is the worst location their ATM is brand-new but never working I have a night job so I will swing by the ATM because the lobby isn’t open to deposit cash and it is never working very frustrating to have to drive all the way to Chaska this location needs work!

I have always had great experiences with Wings as a whole. This was my first time dealing with the EP location. I scheduled an appointment almost 2 weeks ago to sit down with someone, and came in to find out that the consultant was going to be 20 minutes late. That's understandable, life happens. After talking with my partner for a minute we decided we would run out and get coffee to pass the time and would be back soon. When we approached the person who had previously spoken to, she let us know that the consultant won't be coming in for another hour. I don't have another hour. I work in scheduling and know exactly how this should have been handled, and it is 100% not like this. It is a failure on the entire location's part that I was not contacted prior to my arrival- it was obvious that the representatives knew what was going on when I walked in. Don't waste your time going to this location- there is an aura of unprofessionality and I'm sure you'll be disappointed as well.

Avoid doing business with wings at all cost. I have had to file a complaint with the federal reserve and get an attorney just to get them to stop marking my rent payment as fraud.
