Tried to schedule a wax, spoke with someone via text message to arrange a time and half way through the process they just stopped replying… Absolutely unprofessional. So glad that I wasted my money on a Groupon that I never got to use.

I was bound and determined to find Alita. She previously was the best brow artist at European Wax. No surprise, that she would branch out on her own, and with the best business name to boot! Alita, worked my daughter in for an appointment today on very short notice, by staying late. My daughter's brows turned out perfect, she could not be happier! I also want to mention that Alita is the sweetest, and very gentle, she takes her time, and pays special attention to detail. Thank you Alita!
