I went this place for the first time a little over a week ago and I paid extra for hybrid and I had a picture also for a reference. My eyelashes ended up not even being hybrid even though I spent $45 extra for it and my eyes kept burning while it was being done n I was told that’s normal . Well the next day I woke up my eyes hurt pretty bad even to open my eyes. I did all the proper after care and my lashes kept twisting and falling out within days and after a week and 2 days I can honestly say there were nun left but maybe 2 or 3 on each side also have pictures from after 3 days I had a huge section missing . Would not recommend

I got eyelash extensions done here, and my entire experience—from the service to the way it was handled afterward—was incredibly disappointing.
Not only were the lashes painful and uncomfortable from the start, but I was also overcharged. I contacted them about the issue, and they said they would process a refund. But when I followed up later, there was no note, no record of any refund being processed, and I had to keep calling back. It took nearly a month before someone finally issued the refund.
When I reached out about the pain I was experiencing, I was told over the phone that “that’s normal,” but then in the same conversation, they admitted it might be because the lashes were placed too close to my eyelids—as if that’s something acceptable. The discomfort didn’t go away—it actually got worse. I ended up pulling the lashes off myself because I couldn’t take the pain anymore. That alone should tell you how bad it was.
A month or so later, a manager or someone in leadership finally emailed me and issued the refund. I had already explained everything—how I was charged incorrectly, how painful the lashes were, how poor the communication was, and how frustrating the entire process became. Instead of showing concern or taking any accountability, the response I got was, “maybe it’s not the right time for gorgeous eyelash extensions,” followed by a salesy “call us anytime” and a discount offer. The subject of the email was titled “OK, maybe we can just be friends” and the message ended with “we’ll be waiting”—like this was all a joke or lighthearted situation.
It was frustrating, dismissive, and honestly disrespectful. I wasn’t looking for a coupon—I wanted someone to acknowledge that what happened was not okay. I didn’t remove the lashes because I changed my mind—I removed them because they were hurting me. This whole experience was very telling.
If everything had been handled professionally and with some level of care or understanding, I promise I would have considered coming back. But their lack of accountability, poor communication, and the way they brushed everything off tells me all I need to know. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects quality service—or basic professionalism—especially when something goes wrong.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Lash Service
I've been a customer for over five years, but I recently decided to stop visiting due to persistent issues with my lash services. Despite multiple complaints about my lashes not adhering properly—losing over half of them the very next day—the focus seemed to be more on gratuity and collecting fees than addressing my concerns. Even after paying $199 for a membership, the promised complimentary service was never provided. The lack of proactive solutions and failure to follow through on commitments has been disheartening. This experience was frustrating enough to drive me to another location, yet it did not resolve the underlying issues. I hope this feedback serves as a learning opportunity for the business to prioritize customer satisfaction and service quality in the future. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service, and neither will my family or friends continue their patronage.

Called on Thursday to make an initial appointment with them on Saturday. Needed lashes done for vacation. Arrived a hour early to appointment and was told that the tech no longer works there. No one used their brain cells to reach out to me and notify me. I was told that the issue would be addressed to the regional manager. It’s now Tuesday and no call yet. So, I called her number and left her a message. This place is definitely unprofessional. Don’t even waste your time.

Horrible lash glue it ripped out my lashes and did not last more than 3 days. I went back and next day they started to fall off I paid extra 30 for master lash tech all my lashe extensions started coming off and did not last one week

Nakeshia is next level. My lashes are always how I love ‘em + they last longer than any place I’ve ever been. Can’t say I’ll ever get my lashes done by anyone else.
