Staff zero. Collection of items too high. Although, they relocated. Unfriendly staff. Toxic atmosphere. Replace old staff from top to bottom. This place will not last.

We ordered 3 barstools to be shipped to store for pick up.One came damaged. After driving 3 1/2 hours to pick them up ,we planned on putting the 2 stools in the back of our truck to bring back home. The store had unpackaged the stools before we arrived and when I asked to put them back in the box they came in to put them in the backOf our truck … the store attendant said “ that's what I get when I have them shipped to the store ( short and rude) “. Didnt they come packaged? Remember, it’s MN and winter. I asked if they had plastic or bubble wrap since the store didn’t clarify to bring my own… lol. After all, I assumed they would be package when I got there as they arrived . I tried to explained to store attendant what I expected& She just walked away and sent her manager.Rude rude rude. When someone spends thousands on furnishings, it’s NOT too much to ask for the packaging it came in , or just plastic for white chairs, to protect their investment during transit. The manager apologized for her behavior and helped me.After seeing all the reviews, unfortunately… their customer service lives up to their low score ( with the exception of Tyler) .

Heidi was an amazing associate to my family and i while shopping at the Edina location. Even with our active four year old she made our experience a breeze. Patient, kind, informational and sweet.Great selections at this location.

We had a poor experience here. We bought several pieces including 4 bar stools, a swivel chair, and 2 additional bar stools. Several of the pieces were delayed several times but the real kicker was that we were told that 3 out of 4 chairs were in stock and ready to be delivered. Never heard another word until I called several weeks later, now the chairs were in Indonesia and were going to take several more weeks to arrive. I got a different answer each time I called. I almost always had to reach out and find out as each delivery date came and went. I finally did receive my furniture. I do like the pieces and found the design service to be helpful in room planning but will likely avoid shopping at this location again - once you buy you're mostly on your own to make sure you actually get your furniture in a timely manner.

Michael at the Edina Arhaus store is phenomenal! He has helped me select DR and foyer furniture in the past and I specifically wanted him to help me with LR furniture recently. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, available and patient!:). He has gone above and beyond to get it just right, has reached out to verify changes and is so accommodating, it’s been a total pleasure to work with him!

Overall this place deserves to be much closer to 5! I give it 5 stars because the service of people there are outstanding and if you'd like the style(we do!) displayed they have lots of alternatives some of the highest quality stuff for descent prices . Porsche quality for BMW prices.

Bought a dining room table set in January from Rachel at the Edina location. Have had minimal to no contact since we ordered and when we reach out all we hear is that the order is delayed further. Neighbors bought the exact same table and got it three months earlier. When I told Rachel that I would hold to speak to the manager to understand why our table was so delayed, she proceeded to laugh at me. Seems as though once you place your order your value goes out the window at this store.

Awful experience with Rachel. My boyfriend's mother gifted us some furniture from the Edina location (we live in Texas) and placed an order for a chair, two dressers, bedframe, buffet table, and three barstools.Zero contact from Rachel after the order. Our dressers were delivered and had severe flaws in the stain finish with crooked drawers and broken mechanisms. Our walls were severely damaged during delivery and deep scratches were put into our wood floors. Weeks (literally over a month) of ignored emails (remember - I live in Texas) asking for an update, so we resorted to presenting in store. Was in town visiting and we went by the store to directly talk given all emails were ignored. We were promised a 10% discount for the terrible service. Months later, this was not honored. All we received was excuses for the terrible communication. Our buffet table came damaged, of which they did replace it. A repair person came to fix the dressers. This was all a many months long process in which we were only assisted because I emailed the CEO of the company to FINALLY get some customer service.I will never recommend this store, or ordering from Arhaus, to anyone. There are so many other issues that are too lengthy to include in this review. Save yourself the trouble.Edit: To clarify concerning their response to my review - I was unsatisfied through the entire experience, before and after delivery.

Michael had an incredible ability to design a space to my style and intended use and Arhaus had all of the amazing pieces and material to allow him to do it.April, 2022, added final room pics.Edit: it's been 6 months trying to work with their "Concierge service" to fix the pico leather cube and get the hardware to actually attach our sectional. As other have experienced, their excellence stops outside the store.Edit 2: We did finally get this resolved 2 yrs after purchase. The rating has changed from 5 to 1 now to 4 because the in store experience and the quality of the furniture when there's no defects is actually really good.

We purchased a very expensive sofa from the Edina location. The sales person then sold us the extended coverage with the promise that someone would come to our house to do repairs, replacement or cleaning of stains. We recently experienced a tea stain on the cushion and proceeded to use that warranty. Our expectations, based off what their Sales person told us, was that they could come on-site to clean the cushion. All we are getting is a cleaning kit by mail and we are still waiting for it.I am beyond disappointed with store. We are in the market for a redo for our bedroom and will not be shopping there again,.

The furniture is great! We had some billing snafus but eventually Barbara Madden came to the rescue and rectified them. The quality of the furniture and efficiently of their delivery team made the billing issues worth dealing with. Thanks, Barbara!

I am only giving two stars because the furniture and decor at Arhaus are beautiful. Would recommend buying through their website rather than buying from the designers in store.Staff will write you off based on your appearance and once they know you’re buying things they come running to be your designer. They do a poor job at hiding their disdain for each other and if you happen to buy something from a different designer you will be refused service. We furnished much of our home with Arhaus pieces, but working with this team has been extremely frustrating. When we had an issue with one of our items, the manager was extremely rude in mitigating our issue. The one designer we really loved and wish we would have bought everything through was Catherine- she was wonderful to work with.

The customer service at Arhaus is non-existent. I purchased a very expensive rug. It was in stock and it took over 4 weeks to deliver and when it arrived it was dirty. There was no apology or no effort to resolve the situation promptly. In talking with the sales representative, there was nothing he could do to get a replacement any sooner nor was there anyone he could talk to. Their response to any push back is "Would you like to cancel?" So they have my $6000 and no information on a replacement. In contrast, I have been working also with Restoration Hardware. Their service has been impeccable. They are committed to customer satisfaction in every area. It's not like Arhaus has cheap furniture so I am not sure why they have decided as a company (I don't believe it was a bad salesperson but more company policy) to make a customer feel like they are shopping at Walmart. When making large investment decisions, it is important to work with someone who is committed to their customers satisfaction. In reading other reviews, I can see my experience is not isolated.

Thank you yelp community for being so honest and transparent. Really disappointed in myself for not thinking to check Yelp reviews BEFORE purchasing. Had I done so, I would have never purchased 2 Madrone couches from Arhaus. It says a lot when so many Yelpers took the time to patiently and respectfully share their experiences in such lengthy and vividly painful descriptions. Unfortunately I can relate to your pain. Still waiting for a response back. Will update this review as I learn more. I've also looked up their product management team on LinkedIn and will reach out as my next step, if I'm not successful, I found their board of directors and executive leadership through Google searches and have added them to my next level of escalation if I can't get a refund from their customer service or product teams. Happy to post screenshots of these contacts on Yelp if they're helpful to all of my fellow Yelpers who've also experienced subpar products and customer service form Arhaus. Back to the beginning... Their website excludes quality, craftsmanship, built to last American made furniture that you can hand down from generation to generation. Each madrone couch retailed close to $6,000 and I got them on sale for close to $4,000 each Because of their solid brand promise to manufacture their own quality furniture, I took the plunge and made the huge $7,000-$8,000 investment. It was going to be worth it because in my uninformed mind, these were high end pieces. I've had the couches less than 1 year and they went from elegant gorgeous high-end buttery soft, clean lined and flawless statement pieces to saggy wrinkly bean bag looking messy sofas. Both couches have significant sagging on seats making the leather pucker and wrinkle like a messy bed. I've been trying to get a resolution for months. I tried their store in Edina and they referred me to their customer service department. I literally called customer service for a week straight. Sat in phone cues for 30+ minutes at a time. I left message day after day and never got a response. I emailed and emailed and emailed. One day, I finally got through and talked to someone. They sent me an email form I had to complete with pictures. I sent it back. I waited and waited and waited. I emailed again and again. I called and sat on hold for close to an hour. I finally got through. The customer service rep looked up my emails, found my pictures and agreed the sagging leather sofas were truly showing the indentations from people sitting in them. BUT it wasn't the frame causing it. It was the padding in a couch with cushions that can't be flipped or fluffed. No they weren't going to do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After a lengthy conversation, the supervisor agreed to look into my case further. A few days later, she did email back and said she was still looking into it. Finally a decent customer experience on subpar products. I thanked her profusely for the help and attached screen shots of the many pledges across their site to quality craftsmanship for furniture that is meant to last. Still waiting for a response back. Will update this review as I learn more. I've also looked up their product management team on LinkedIn and will be reaching out. I found their board of directors and executive leadership through Google searches and will reach out if I can't get a refund from their customer service or product teams.
