These folks don’t stand by their work. We had 6 items framed. One painting came loose from the mat and dislodged less than 6 months after we received it. They charged us to remount the painting, claiming we somehow abused the frame to dislodge the painting. Direct quote: ‘It couldn’t possibly have come loose from our workmanship’.
