Terrible experience over the last 5 months. I paid off a phone to get transferred on AT&T. And then what I wanted to pour the line out they said I still owed money on this line that I bought out to get changed onto AT&T. Now I poured it out 4 of my lines, and they’re holding one of my lines captive until I pay the remaining balance on for the upcoming month. Yet I ported tried to pour out all my lines over 14 days ago. I’ve spoken to the loyalty department. I’ve also spoken with financial department and I’ve also spoken with one other department that’s supposed to help with customer service at all of the were extremely adamant about not helping. I would not recommend this carrier ever a bunch of hidden fees and terrible when it comes to customer service.

Thomas and Kelly gave us the best customer service that we’ve had in a long time. They both went above and beyond. We will always go to the Southdale AT&T!

Dillon at Southdale worked hard with us to solve a difficult problem.
My daughter and I appreciated his professionalism. After many hours working with other people, Dillon fixed the problem.

Kelly was awesome! My car was disabled with subzero temps and She helped me charge my phone. No waiting! I was able to buy some recommended cables and new cover for the phone at great discounts! She was very hospitable, resourceful, and professional. Give her a big, fat raise!

I ordered new service online and there was an issue with my order. I called customer service and they advised me to go in to the store to pick it up since I was traveling and won’t be home for when my devices would be shipped. I went to Southdale mall Att and I walked in and stood there for ever while the staff chatted with each other. After some time I was approached by someone named Mike. Who was very stand off ish. I gave him my ID which is standard to be able to look up my account. He replied I guess I need to know what you want before I can take that. I explained my situation to him and offered to give him my order number he insisted he could not look up my order as I did it online and insisted I redo my order with them. I informed him I do not wish to run my credit again as I already did that with their customer service and that he needed to take my payment and process my order. He replied let me check and see if I have what you ordered. He went back and came out a minute later stating they don’t have what I ordered and pretty much told me I should wait until I get back from my vacation before I change my phone plan. I couldn’t believe what was happening. Is this what ATT customer service is like? Or is this just how the Southdale Mall ATT store employees operate? I’m leaving as I write this review I’m so disgusted!

I tried upgrading online and the chat was useless. Came to the store and Torrey was amazing. Made the process easy, entertained all of my questions and was really kind. I highly recommend going to the store and asking for him!

Pierre did an amazing job handling my phone return the day after I purchased my new iPhone 16 Pro Max. Unfortunately, the day before I was unimpressed with Lee’s service, just not as friendly as I’d like it to be. He offered no accessories, failed to tell me anything about the benefits of getting my new phone, no mention of the .99 cent deal for the watch and iPad. I had to ask many questions, just not very helpful.
