Terrible experience over the last 5 months. I paid off a phone to get transferred on AT&T. And then what I wanted to pour the line out they said I still owed money on this line that I bought out to get changed onto AT&T. Now I poured it out 4 of my lines, and they’re holding one of my lines captive until I pay the remaining balance on for the upcoming month. Yet I ported tried to pour out all my lines over 14 days ago. I’ve spoken to the loyalty department. I’ve also spoken with financial department and I’ve also spoken with one other department that’s supposed to help with customer service at all of the were extremely adamant about not helping

Went to get a new phone, person who sold it to me signed me up for several monthly add-ons without even asking if I wanted them. A huge hassle to get them removed. Shop elsewhere!

I went in to get a new phone as well as some earbuds and had the quickest experience I've ever had in a cell phone store before. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff could not be happier. Thank you Daniel.

I went in to get a new phone. The salesperson, Daniel was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I got a great deal on a new iPhone. He also was able to help me with the accessories that I wanted.
I am extremely happy!!!! AT&T is really lucky to have such a great person like Daniel working on their team.

Jonathan was awesome today. He explained the pros and cons of which iPhone to get so well. He didn’t push the most expensive phones. He listened. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Keep doing a great job Jonathan!

I came in to pay my bill and ask about changing my fin number as instructed on the phone by an AT&T customer service representative. The representative at the store was very dismissive of what I was telling him. Customer service told me exactly what to ask, and while I was inquiring he stated several times that I wasn't listening to him a 9 year veteran. He said I wasn't listening so many times it was very obvious to me wasn't listening to me and was dismissive almost abusive in his badgering saying I wasn't listening to him. I told him I was listening and as a business owner it's my duty to seek out all possible options.. He was having a bad day at my expense. EDINA AT&T arg.
