I love Aveda products and shopping at the Southdale Aveda store is always such a great experience for me. Everyone is always very friendly and knowledgeable in recommending the right products. Today I had the pleasure in working with Rupa who recommended Nutriplenish light shampoo and conditioner for my hair because it’s been feeling dry after my trip and blonde revival as my hair is recently been lightened to platinum blonde. It’s always nice shopping where you feel so welcomed I will definitely be back for more products!

Nice polite and friendly service. What I really didn’t like is that they don’t have explanations that their work time changed. They should be more precise about their hours,or at least provide new hours on front doors. Waiting hour before opening because someone didn’t inform customers is definitely one way of losing customers.

Store charged me $165.00. For 2 shampoo and 2 conditioners for me and my wife. When we got home. We only had 3 bottles of products in the bag. Receipt showed I paid for 4 bottles. Returned to store and the manager showed all attitude and unprofessionalism. Towards me. She prejudged me, and was very unhelpful, I have a professional career, and never leave reviews. But the way she was unhelpful towards me was disappointing towards me. Please I hope this review finds someone in management that wants to make this issue resolved.

Kim is very nice and friendly person. She went above and beyond to help me today and answered all my questions kindly. I love aveda products.They smell amazing.The products are a little pricey, but it’s worth it!

The minute I walked inside Aveda l was promptly greeted. I received my birthday gift and was asked if I wanted to look at or buy another product. I bought another product. I love Aveda because the store does not test on animals and is planet friendly.

Every time I visit they have what I want in stock and the staff are always kind. Love getting the toner spray as a easy gift for people who travel a lot and want a "refresher." It is always a hit.

You cannot exchange any gift items for something you can actually use even if a lesser value amount. I signed up for pure privilege to get a birthday discount on an item I use instead got a horrible smelly oil. If you don't make a purchase every year your account you paid for will be deleted. Wish they made all this fine print more clear. I only signed up after encouraged by a stylist to get an item of my choice on my birthday which was false. In general their salons and products are very overwhelming smell wise. I will switch to other products.
