Cafe was very clean and nice, the staff was kind and the prices are never that bad. The store is organized a tad peculiarly and it makes finding the section you wanted a little hard but it gives you motivation to peruse the shelves.

I spent 15 minutes trying to return an order, even though I had the order number readily available. The salesperson claimed they couldn’t process the return to the original form of payment and only offered a gift card. After I insisted on speaking with a manager, they reluctantly called one over. The manager quickly resolved the issue by correctly entering the information and completing the return to the original payment method. While I appreciate the manager’s help, the process was unnecessarily frustrating and could have been avoided with better training for staff.

I wasn't a fan of this location. Great book selection no doubt, but it was missing the sections I tend to browse, funko pops, collectibles etc.

I stop at the B&N Cafe often and Mariah and Trevor do such a great job every time i come in. Amazing customer service, such a delight. Those two are stellar!

Nice location. Even though it is in the basement, it has nice natural lighting on the west side of the location.

This barns and noble was great! It had a great cafe and seating the book selection was good and the lighting was great from the big back window. The employees were excellent. I will be back to this location again

Such a kind and attentive team@ the Galleria shop. From the gal who confirmed the products were in stock to the knowledgeable folks who helped me in store.
I was in search of the Lego Bouquet of Roses for my daughters, sisters and sister in law and Cindy and Ethan of Edina B&N were Tremendously helpful in assisting me.
They located the items and set them aside for purchase which I Greatly appreciate.
