Went here to pick up a paint marker. They have literally everything the artist in your life could need. The only downside in my opinion is the corporate online sales don't apply in store. And their not willing to adjust the price if their out of stock on a bulk item & you have to purchase each one independently. Other than that the store is always clean the staff are extremely kind & helpful. There's plenty of parking in the ramp.

This place never ceases to amaze me. This time it was Juno. She’s familiar with paint-pouring (my obsession), so she help me pick out the proper paint.
I need the assistance because I’m visually impaired. Sad how often others don’t care about us old, almost-blind people.

Blick Art has a super fun and unique range of art supplies. However, I am disappointed with their job of putting together art kits for college students. My school orders kits ready for us to pick up and purchase at Blick. The kits are composed of multiple items sold at Blick and are assembled at the store. Multiple of the kits we’re missing items including my own. Most of the students in my class payed different prices for our kits (some students received student&kit discounts while others didn’t). We were also not given the option to leave out supplies from the kit, even if we already had those supplies. This was because corporate puts together the kits and makes it it’s own SKU. This is so wasteful, many of the students did not need everything in the kit, our professor even asked us to not buy those things because she would provide them for us. She even called and asked them to edit the kits but they couldn’t “because of the corporate SKU”. This is also what they told me when I asked in person to exclude items from the kit. I also received not one but 2 different kneaded erasers that were not useable and solid as a rock in these kits as well. I suppose this is because the kits were assembled months in advance, but why put perishables in a kit and let it sit for months??

I always have the best interactions with the staff at this location. I find them super friendly and approachable with my questions. Today I went in looking for a paint marker that I was in need of. While they were out of stock of the brand I have previously used, the staff member was great at helping me find a solution that still met my needs. It’s great when staff are deeply knowledgeable about products and can suggest products you haven’t used before/are unfamiliar with. Absolutely love this store…and the employees are the reason.

One of my new favorite art stores. Can be a little on the expensive side for some consumer products compared to other arts and craft stores, unless you can take advantage of the occasional sales and utilize a secondary store to split your projects between. The Blick in-store brand for the acrylic paints is actually decent quality. Same with their alcohol markers with the brush tips. No issues at all.

This is my favorite place! I order online most of the time because it's a 90 minute drive to get to the store. But worth it!
I love the wonderful, helpful staff... and it's so inspiring to walk all the aisles and get new ideas!

I primarily use the custom framing and printing department here and have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff is extremely helpful and they are able to assist me with my many different custom designs. The prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

We got a piece matted and framed here. Tasha was AWESOME. She helped us pick through our options, clearly explained the process, and was just as excited as we were when we came to pick up our finished product! The piece looks awesome too, of course.
