They get a 3 because Devon was an absolutely exceptional personal banker. He listened and understood customer needs. At the other Edina location, Dimple is an exceptional employee who has since relocated. Alex, downtown location, previously another example. If it for these employees and the past banking relationship I had with BMO Harris where over $100,000 went through in sensitive transactions, Devon made absolutley flawless whenever problems arose. One of the prior managers was a law school grad from my own law school. He also understood the bank liability. I have had other experiences at this location, to include someone asking me “why aren’t you at work?” Why does my work make any difference when I am waiting for the banker I see most often there. Concerns about if the safety deposit box may have been accessed have been addressed by law enforcement bc I’ve had keys stolen, not once, but twice for this location. In one case, nothing except my safety deposit keys and a physician appointment card were in the item stolen. Somehow, this is magically the only banking app which consistently has issues. Concerns about the security of information will be addressed at the federal level and don’t belong on Google. Not specific to this location, but when unauthorized transactions are happening repeatedly from only two sources directly linked to when funds become available here, there is an information or security problem.

Above and beyond service and experience with banker Devon, who called a minimum of 3 different people to help with my credit card issue that the general customer service line seemed hapless to solve. Devon spent more than 30 minutes solving the problem for me and I can now use my card that had been mistakenly deactivated.Highly recommend this branch to anyone with banking needs. Make sure to see Devon!

$10 fee to cash a BMO Harris check from client? No thank you. Hundreds of banks to choose from in Commesota~I'd suggest y'all lock it up! PS~Teller was nice =)

Went into the bank today (5/31) at around 4:30pm and even though the published hours are until 5pm, the tellers apparently stop working early. The Lobby was empty except for 2 bankers working with customer. No one welcomed me and asked me to wait or even acknowledged my presence at all. After a few minutes of questioning whether I was a ghost or not, I left the bank and headed to the Bremer Bank next door. There I was immediately welcomed by a teller and sent to a banker who was able to open a checking account, a savings account, and connect me with a financial advisor to transfer some investment accounts.Skip the extra step and just visit the bank next door. ??♂️

Very rude, personal banker was more focused on going home. She told me that will take too long, come back tomorrow. Must be nice to get paid to be rude and not work. She had no interest in helping me. Then after leaving because she was so “busy” I pulled around the corner and she was outside the bank squatted down smoking. Pathetic, couldn’t help me because she needed a smoke.
