I hired Centraire to install the entire HVAC system in my home. Asked them to mount the A/C units to the wall and this is how they look after 3 years. There are missing bolts and the ones that were used have vibrated loose from the concrete wall. Contacted them to report the issue and my concerns that improper hardware and installation was used. Asked if they could work with me on the repairs and I was told they would be unwilling to assist me because it was beyond the 1 year warranty. Instead they were going to charge me full price to fix an issue that was clearly an installation issue. I understand that things break but this was not installed to withstand even normal use. I will not be recommending them going forward

Be very careful choosing this company and do your homework. Centraire may be cheaper and the team may sound like they know exactly what you need, however I suggest getting a 2nd opinion. Our experience when our early in life boiler they installed died, they tried to replace it without even checking for warranty. I had to insist they check for warranty. Installation was also a concern as they installed piping through a load baring wall. When they quoted the replacement, they didn't even ask about our home improvements to verify if the size was still accurate. Overall a bummer experience for us.

I have worked with Centraire for years with all my heating/ac issues for all my projects and properties! Never had an issue and the guys always let me know what they are doing and how much!

Not recommend at all two years ago this company changed both water heater tanks, but one of them was left the gas pipe untight and no wonder the gas bill was to high.I called them and told them about this situation because the gas odor it was there.The technical from ceteraire shows and fix the leak pipe in 5 minutes and this crooks charge me $425.00For the mistake that they did 2 years ago.Definitely I'm not going contact this people anymore.And I'm not recommending to anybody to work with this company.

I’d avoid Centraire. I just bought a house and needed help with a follow up to an inspection item. The the guy was rude, argumentative, and didn’t really say anything helpful. He did manage to slap big red “Centraire” stickers over all of the previous maintenance history of my furnace, ruining the records. All of this for 215.00, which they keep billing me for despite fact that I paid it. Strongly discourage using this company.

I had service done on a boiler at a rental property. Met the tech on site and handed him a check same day (10/22/22). Today (11/5/23, over a year later) my tenant calls to tell me that a letter came to his house from a collection agency with my name on it. Why? Not only did I pay same day, they have the correct billing address. I went to my bank account and noticed that the original check cleared on 10/30/23, over a year later. Now it's my responsibility to clean up my credit that they screwed up? Stay clear.

Two of their vans were driving in and out of traffic going 20+ over the speed limit. So reckless and unprofessional, I’ve never seen a company vehicle drive like that and put people in danger.

I have been cha more than $25,000 for a boiler replacement that has never worked properly. Got charged for each servic call to restart the heat. Absolutely no guarantee on their services and wouldn't even give them one star!!!

One of the technicians for this company was observed driving erratically. Narrowly missing other motorists. Very unprofessional and hazardous to all others on the road.
