I just went into this branch.
I entered with a middle eastern male and asked him if he was the branch manager as I was going to say something about how bad their signage is when traveling north bound on France. He laughed and said No.
I then rounded the corner to where the teller was. She was machine counting a stack of bills over a foot tall. I commented that taxi driving must be paying well. Yes the male making the deposit was also of middle eastern descent.
The first guy came around the corner and they obviously knew each other. They said that I wasn’t taxi’s. I said OK is it like Uber or something? I said all of you guys are driving for somebody so it must be Amazon then. They laughed.
I said ok then I would like to know how they are making that kind of money cause I wanted to look into doing it too.
At that point they turned it into being a racial attack on me a middle aged white male. The teller asked me to leave and I said that I needed to make a deposit and held up the check that I was depositing. She then asked me to step across the lobby and wait which I immediate did. The guy in the suit then came across the lobby and kept attacking me.
After they left the other lady in the lobby kept telling me how it wasn’t acceptable. Where are they for standing up for my rights as a middle aged white male? We are now the single most attacked minority in the United States.
It’s time for us to stand up and demand our rights.

Everything is very good whenever I go to deposit money or use the ATM but today 4-16-2024 4:10pm the kosher lady described me only because she was serving other customers before me, she was 30 feet away and a So she spoke to me in a very bad way, telling me to stay away. This is not the first time that the same person treats me like that. She is also Latina. The other staff there are super polite and always treat me with respect.

Absolutely have to share my phenomenal experience at this branch, all thanks to Dorothy Inez. Despite being fairly new, Dorothy seamlessly handled the ordering of a new business debit card for my entity, impressively navigating through the process and ensuring it was sent off to the correct address without a hitch.Her efficiency was so remarkable, I also gave her the task of replacing a misplaced business credit card - which she expedited at no extra cost. Though not a business banker by trade, Dorothy managed my accounts with such expertise, you'd think she's been doing it for yearsStellar service!

Out of state, and stopped into this branch to get cash to pay for a service. Was greeted warmly by the branch manager, she was ever so helpful in guiding me through the steps on their resident ATM machine, so I could get cash more quickly without having to wait in line. Strongly recommend chase, and particularly this branch for the awesome customer service I experienced today. Also, if you're a veteran check out Chase for free checks, and other great benefits they offer to honor those who have served.

Months ago, I came in to deposit some money. I had just had a baby the week prior and was quite tired. I still have a Chase college card that I've had for ten years.The young man at the counter balked at the card, and questioned the college aspect. I told him I had it a long time and he said, "oh okay, I was gonna say."I know I don't look 20 but I just had a baby and didn't look like a supermodel as I was coming up to a week without sleep and it was my first time out by myself for a quick errand. His rude comment keeps coming back to me because it was unnecessary. Also, the location is stupidly organized and inconvenient.

Good first experience, I will see how things go. I was coming in off the street and greeted immediately. While speaking with me, a rep named Ellie took a moment to welcome another customer and set their expectation with when they could be helped -- This is good basic customer service and I see it too rarely. It's easy to just ignore other people when you're already helping someone, but 10 seconds makes all the difference.

Left us standing, not even helped us and we said multiple times hello to a banker and he ignored us and left us standing there for more than 10 minutes
