They over charged my client by $40 on a grooming and it felt like they were taking advantage of a senior citizen. Really disappointed.Update: I received the below reply from the company and have emailed twice to follow up and the guy never responded. So they, in fact, don't care if they overcharged a 90 year old woman for grooming by $40+.

Do not bring your dogs here for the awful grooming staff and overall staff that completely does not communicate. I have been doing my dogs nails here for three years and the new groomer has decided she won't do them out of nowhere because she says my dog gets too nervous. Isn't that the point of a grammar? And I have never heard a complaint or have it relayed that she's had issues. Suddenly after waiting a half an hour for her grooming because the groomers also don't understand the concept of, communication or efficiency, I am told she won't do my dog anymore.
