#AccordingToArmonMy wife & I are HUGE Cole Haan customers/fans and today as we entered this store location, both of the 2 staff members glanced at us, but more specifically, Stacie failed to greet OR welcome us as we walked around the store.Customer service is a key variable to most, if not all retail businesses and if a business lacks good customer service, no matter how good their product may be, customers will pay more and will go buy from a competitor; simply because of how they are treated.Unacceptable Cole Haan. Please do better.

I was in here today and Richard was very helpful! Helped me and some family members pick out the shoes we wanted. They had a great selection of shoes and the customer service was top notch!

Staff is friendly, they greeted me right away. I like that they didn't harass me and ask if a million times if I needed help. They let me shop and helped me when I asked for help. This is the kind of store I like going into.

Such amazing shoes! Spoil yourself, it's worth it. They are spendy, I wasn't sure about that purchase. But after buying them and wearing them while on my feet 10 hours a day at work, THEY ARE MORE THAN WORTH IT!

I bought a pair of Cole Haan boots for my boyfriend for Christmas online from the Cole Haan website. I bought a size that was a half a size too big. I went to the Galleria to return them and get one that would fit him. When I stepped into the store a woman who was working turned her back to me and wasn't going to ask if she could help. I than asked her if she worked here. She said “yea†and roled her eyes. I asked if she could assist me with a return. She reluctantly started towards the cash register. She kept accusing me of buying these from the outlet store and made me feel terrible and embarrassed. She said she could NOT help me and told me to go back and read my email receipt. I began to ask her a question on how to return and she looked at me with such disgust that I wanted to burst into tears. I have never been treated like this in a department store before. Her attitude was awful and I could not image treating someone the way she did to me. Also, I have spent thousands of dollars at Cole Haan and so do my friends and family. Not sure if I will go back and will tell my friends and family about my experience. Would rather spend an extra $100 at Nordstrom then work with Cole Haan. Think there needs to be some customer service training or rehiring at the Edina location.
