Excellent service but because it is located in a Target store and Target has cowardly ended it’s DEI support I can not, in any way, recommend this store or pharmacy.

Sends me automated messages saying they are preparing my prescription, but it isn’t filled for weeks. Call the phone and the IVR says it’s out of stock. Ask them to transfer my prescription to Costco and they fill my prescription. So annoying. I also showed up to the store once at 6:55 to pick up a prescription me they refused to serve me even though there were only two people in line - I would avoid this location like the plague.

Just like the other reviews say- worst customer service/worst experience ever. Don't even get me started on the pharmacist that was there the day of my medications pickup! Ignored my question & would speak over me without me getting a word in. Rude, disrespectful, dismissive you name it. Never again! I immediately switched back to Walgreens after my 12/21 experience.

This place is horrible since Covid. The customer service is absolutely NOT pleasant or even personable. And they tell you your medication is ready when it is not, leaving you waiting much longer than you should have to.

Absolutely the worst. Understaffed and overwhelmed - no inventory, they make constant mistakes with insurance, billing and refills. I don’t know how this location is allowed to continue.

To start it off there was one singular guy working the front he said he was new, it showed and after about 30 minutes in line (I was 3rd of 6) he started getting yelled at by his boss who instead of helping he goes back to whatever after yelling at him.Then another guy (they had like 7 people behind the counter) steps up and tells me I can't buy allergy medicine because I just bought some. I live in another state and haven't bought any in the month of nov so not a chance. I explained that to him and he just said oh well.

No one ever answers the phone. When I went to pick up my prescription they had staff no show and I drove all the way there for nothing.

CVS needs to be audited by some sort of a governing body. Being so unreliable and making constant mistakes when dealing with people's medications (their one job!) is astonishing.
Their processes constantly results in weeks of delays on what should be routine refills and leave you without your meds. They are regularly out of stock on auto-renewed medications, regularly have issues communicating with insurance and/or providers, their records' fill dates or amounts are inconsistent and wrong and won't let a proper refill go through.
This location no longer picks up the phone; your choice is to leave a message and wait days for a call back or come on to wait in multiple lines to fix whatever went wrong. Again. Then bring up your own records to help them figure out mistakes in theirs.
Oh, and hope they are open during business hours and/or properly staffed to do their job.
The staff there is mostly decent and try to help (with some exceptions of dismissive ones), but ultimately their system is broken on so many fronts, every step of the way, it makes it impossible to see them as a professional pharmacy that manages people's health.

I you want to:
1. have hundreds of dollars STOLEN from you by a CVS that NEGLEGENTLY fails to advise that they are charging you full price instead of what you expected your insurance copayment would be,
2. have your concerns summarily DISMISSED,
3. be generally treated RUDELY, and
4. ignore one of the collectively WORST ratings I have seen for anything you could rate,
this CVC is for YOU. My family will be transferring or prescriptions to one of the many better rated pharmacies.

Usually don’t leave reviews but I have never been treated with such disrespect and judgement than I was by staff here. Was utterly appalling. Will not being using this CVS ever again.
